    The diagnostics and service was amazing. A 12 year old Elantra now performs like a new car. They are probably the best dealer service department I have ever worked with. I highly recommend.

  • Hyundai Santa Fe Service Lubbock Tx

    I took the vehicle in due to a check engine light and left it so they could check it out. The problem was somewhat difficult to pinpoint and they even had to call Hyundai engineers!! However, they persisted and got it figured out!! We are currently waiting on a part that had to be ordered - they did say it was safe to drive until we get the part!!

  • Very very RUDE

    I virtually never give reviews but I had to this time. Firstly, they are highly unorganized!!! Secondly, Victoria was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. I understand they were busy but I it's no excuse to treat people like that. However, everyone else was nice. Please note, this was the service department. When I dealt with the sales department I had a wonderful experience but I will not be back to this location to get my vehicle serviced.

  • Poor communication/ customer service

    The dealer took a month to replace my fuel tank. They had my car from Nov 9th til Dec 12th. The communication from the dealership was almost nonexistent. I had to call, or text to get any information. The service tech that I was working with left, and failed to order the parts to fix my car. No one bothered to follow up, or contact me when he left. I called, and the young lady who took over my repair ticket wasn’t even aware that the parts were never ordered. Service manager is new to the dealership, but my experience there is so bad that I’m considering selling the car just so I won’t have to deal with them in the future.

    My A/C took forever to get cool. I was informed that it was over charged, so they did an evac and recharge. My A/C vents have ice cycles hanging from them now.😁

    Our vehicle was having a lot of issues, but most of all the stutter of the motor. We have had this vehicle for a long time and has been a good one for sure. Our engine light was on and it needed attention. Thank you for the great work and inspection details taken. We would like to command our service person for repairs.

  • Construction is a huge mess. Very difficult

    No place to park. Took two hours to get an oil change. Then brought out one wrong car to us, and two wrong sets of keys. Not organized.

  • Did not fill up washer fluid

    The customer service reps are always very nice. However, the technicians did not fill up the washer fluid. This is obviously a small thing, but if you stated that all fluids and things are correct but did not check that it makes me question what other corners were cut during my service. When you get service performed at the dealership you expect excellent care for your vehicle. This was not what was provided.

  • Had car for 3 days and no repairs were completed

    To make a long story short, I took my car in for repairs on a Wednesday morning (I was told they would need a my car for a couple of days), and by the time Friday rolled around, none of the repairs had been completed. Mind you, one of the repairs was an issue with my brakes as they kept squealing, and they (Gene Messer Hyudai) supposedly replaced the pads in January of this year. So I pretty much rented a car for 3 days for nothing since Gene Messer left my car parked for 3 days and did nothing to it, nor communicated to me that they wouldn't be able to do the repairs in the amount of time told to me originally. Such a waste of time and money.
