    This was by far the best car buying experience that w have had. Kathy was amazing, she took great car of my Mother who's 79 years old. Everything was in was ready as soon as we got to the dealership. Neil in Finance did an excellent job at going over the warranty options to keep my Mom's vehicle protected. This was the most valuable part of the transaction in which I highly recommend to everyone purchasing a new vehicle. Kathy even reached out to my Mom after the sale to make sure that everything was going well.

    So bought a used car there, needed to put extra down so they could pay off my old loan. The bank my loan was with needed to have full balance to release title. So we did that and got a 10 day payoff. Needless to say in 10 days my loan was still not paid off. And when I called about it they gave me run around and Neil Farris (who is not at all customer service hung up on me!!!! And did not help at all!!!! Would not deal with ever. Also claim they don't do gap insurance for military. Which is crazy!! Cause in PA we do!!!

    I walked into this dealership just to see what they had after a horrible experience at another dealership that morning and a horrible week dealing with insurance....The experience that I had was just that an experience. So far above and beyond on the customer service. I felt like they cared about my situation and the focus was on taking care of my needs, not selling a car. MIOSOTY WAS AMAZING AND A GODSEND. I'm not usually one to post reviews, but having been in sales/retaill/customer service for over 10 years I can't say that I have ever felt as taken care of as I did buying here

    Last night my wife and I had the most enjoyable, stress free, car buying experience. We had the opportunity to work with Elaine Smith, and we are glad to have had the chance!     I went in yesterday to look at a car i really couldn't afford but i drove away in something better than what I drove there. Ken McDonald was my salesperson and he literally did everything he could to help me out. Due to a low credit score and other factors he couldn't get me into the car I wanted but he got me as close as he could. He actually cared about my needs and wouldn't give up until i had a more reliable car than what I came to the dealership with. Couldn't ask for better service and a special thanks to Ken.

    Edwin WIlliams was a great help with my first car buying experience! he worked with me every step of the way , even when I was out of the country! It was great and he made it easy to get everything done and put me in my new Honda civic. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family for their future car buying!

    When looking to buy a second car we went right back to where we were treated right the first time. Mr. Johnny Walker is an excellent salesman who listened to our needs and worked hard to ensure we got just what we were looking for. His level of customer service from start to finish is the main reason we came back. Thank you Mr. Walker for all you did for us. We will come back to you again and again!

    The staff at this dealership is absolutely amazing. I bought a car from the sales representative Johnny Walker in April. He was very knowledgeable, helped me find the exact car that I wanted, and ensured that it was within my budget. He took great care of me. I've been by the dealership a few times after for paperwork and to get my vehicle serviced and every staff member was attentive, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend to purchase a vehicle from this location.

    Be sure to check your paper work as the finance group here will work the numbers to their benefit. Even if you agree upon something with a salesman the finance people will get the make the deal and they will adjust the numbers that you have agreed upon. The salesman I dealt with was really nice and considerate. That is the reason for the 3-stars. Overall however they will not give you what you have agreed on with everything. For example, if you have a vehicle that you have agreed to trade in at no cost to you. "Wash it out" as they put it. They will still charge you for that trade-in if you are upside down. I can understand that if you are a lot over but not if you are a few hundred off. The dealer has room to eat some of that cost. This dealership will promise you something and then you sign something different. Now, this car is mine because I trusted a dealership I have been going to for awhile now. So, if you want to get cheated but smiled at during the process go to Cleo Bay Honda.

    Worked with three Honda dealerships from out of town. No comparison! Gave me a fair price, dealt with me as an intelligent person (wouldn't mention this if it wasn't unusual), got the vehicle I wanted, and then delivered it the next day. Tony was great! I would definitely recommend him, as well as Cleo Bay, to anyone. Ben LaGrone

    Normally, I would not go into a local car dealership to purchase a vehicle but I was wrong. The level of customer service that was provided to me by "Terry Treece" of Cleo Bay Honda of Killeen was five star all the way. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, please ask for "Terry". He understands the value of outstanding customer service and get you an offer that is fair. Most salesmen want to smooth talk you into something you didn't even want; Cleo Bay Honda of Killeen has a unicorn on the payroll. I will send anyone I know to Terry and trust that they will get a 110%. Thanks Terry for you do!!! (Army Proud)

    I purchased a new Honda CRV on Aug 2016 from Cleo Bay Honda, Killeen. I was told at the time I bought the vehicle (Aug 2016) along with email confirmation dated 08/08/16 that I will be getting free service for 1 year or upto 20,000 miles from this dealership. Today 07/20/17, I went to do my free service in 13400 miles, the service advisor said, they wont provide any more free service eventhough they promised along with written confirmation that I will be getting free service for 1 year or upto 20,000 miles. The service advisor then redirected me to the sales manager and they said, they wont provide any more free service as thats the General Manager decision. I had written email confirmation that I had 1 year or upto 20,000 miles free service from this dealership. They just ignored all this. I even had better deals from various Honda dealership in Houston. But I went here with a thought of near to my location. Stay away from this people. They will give all impossible promises which they are not going to provide. Honesty & Integrity is not something cannot buy from the market and they dont have any ethics in the business which they does. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership.

    I highly recommend Tony Pagan at Cleo Bay Honda. He is a real gentleman and treats his customers with respect attention to detail. My purchase could not have been easier. The entire process from start to end was done entirely from home by using email and telephone. Tony delivered the auto to my home and I only went to the dealership after the sale and delivery was complete and that was because I had a special request late in the process for how I wanted the vehicle titled. In the process, I contacted with other Honda Dealers in the Austin area. None came close to being responsive to my needs as Tony at Cleo Bay.

    I originally wrote this review a month after I bought my 2016 Odyssey EX-L from Cleo Bay Honda (9/27/2016), but couldn't figure out how to get Yelp to post it. It has bothered me ever since, as I had really wanted to share my experience. It's now been 9 months since I bought my car, and I'm still raving over the amazing customer service and honest, straightforward manner of the salesperson and manager I dealt with. I live in Austin, my a/c had died in my 2006 Odyssey, and I had already decided that I wanted a new one. I called around and emailed 7-10 different dealerships from San Antonio to Killeen asking for their absolute best price, as I was hot and miserable for long enough- I just wanted to be in a new car already. TONY PAGAN of Internet Sales contacted me via text and phone. He was friendly, professional, and persistent without being pushy. He ended up quoting me a fantastic price that included several extras, AND he was willing to deliver it to me in Austin for free! It sounded too good to be true, and several other dealers (who could not match it) told me that it MUST be too good to be true-- that the dealership would be losing money on the sale. Tony assured me he was good for his word, and so I drove up to Killeen. As it turns out, the other dealers had been correct- Tony's manager from the day before had made a mistake in approving the price for me. It would indeed be a loss for them. Instead of going back on his word, Tony and the Internet Sales Manager (ELAINE CLOUD) for that day consulted together with the other manager and agreed that they would honor their offer despite the mistake. They knew I had driven up there from Austin in my old car with no a/c, and couldn't in good conscience go back on their offer. I was stunned and impressed! Additionally, they offered to let me drive a loaner (with a/c!) back to Austin that night, and leave my mobile sauna there since my new car wouldn't be ready until the next day. So, ON HIS DAY OFF, Tony and another gentleman drove my new car AND my old (hot) car to my house in Austin! I can't say enough how happy I was with this process and with the integrity and professionalism that Tony and Elaine showed me through it all. We will be looking for another Honda for my husband one day soon, and I plan to call Tony as soon as we are ready. Highly recommend!

It could have been a very stressful situation but our sales agent, Horace McGraw, Neil Farris and the rest of the Cleo Bay team made it a great day and made sure we left with 2 cars that fit our budget. We were Blessed for such great people at Cleo Bay.

    We purchased an Honda Odyssey and Terry Treece at Cleo Bay Honda was our sales manager. Our experience was nothing but fabulous. We got a lowest email quote for the model we were looking for and we drove off the vehicle in less than 2 hrs with zero stress. He had two cars to choose from ready for us to test drive, we test-drove it ourselves (they didn't take our driver's license either). Rest of the paperwork took less than hour. Our car buying experience has never been so nice. I would highly recommend Cleo Bay Honda Terry Treece for all future Honda purchases for our friends and family.

    We were looking at new cars on the internet and requested that a dealer contact us with a quote. We were put into contact with Elaine Cloud at Cleo Bay who contacted us right away via email introducing herself and stating that they would be very competitive with dealers in the Austin area. When we decided on a Honda Accord EX, I contacted Elaine via email with what we wanted and what we were trading in. After a couple email exchanges to confirm information, she came back with an offer that no dealer in Austin or Round Rock could meet. I called to confirm that her offer was legitimate and she said yes so we agreed to the offer. The only trouble was that they didn't have the car in stock but she found one in Houston to bring in. But, we were saving a lot of money so that was OK. We went to the dealership to sign the papers and it was the most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had. We walked in, they confirmed the numbers on a worksheet/Purchase Order and 20 minutes later we were signing documents with the Finance Manager, "Mac". We also opted for the extended warranty because we plan on keeping the car for a long time. I had priced extended warranties with my credit union and the one through Cleo Bay was through was less expensive, covers everything except stains scratches and normal maintenance items and is through Allstate Insurance. They gave us a loaner car to drive until ours came in from Houston. In the meantime, they were able to get us financed with American Honda for an even better rate than our credit union and we switched financing to American Honda. When our car came in, they delivered it to our house at no additional charge! Folks, if you are wanting to buy a Honda, contact Elaine at Cleo Bay. She was very aggressive in making sure we got the best car for the best price with the best financing all while keeping the buying experience easy as possible!
