I bought a 2017 ford explorer

What I liked about Mr. James Mainer, besides him being very polite, I appreciated the fact that when I told him that I worked nights, that I would let him… know when I was ready, he wasn't calling and calling me. He respected my wishes and waited for me to get in contact with him. I am very happy with my overall experience with AutoNation. Sincerely, BrendaGet all service prices in writing before you turn your keys over!

Took my Ford explorer in for 30,000 mile service. was told it would cost one price. when I went to pick it up they said they misquoted the price and would be $35 more for the service and oh by the way there is an… additional $40 shop fee, I want go back there unless 100% warranty work and I will get cost in writing first!We appreciate you taking the time to respond. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
by 08Fordowner on 08/14/2016I'd give less stars if I could.... I went there today after visiting most of the different dealerships along I-10 between highways 6 and 99. They have an Explorer I liked, so I drove home to get a vehicle I'm considering to trade-in and… made my back to Autonation Ford in order to get an offer on my trade-in and see if we could negotiate a deal. The salesman I was dealing with informed me that they wouldn't appraise my vehicle if I didn't test drive the Explorer. I currently drive a 2008 Ford Explorer, but to further the process I needed to drive a 2010 Ford Explorer - as if it's going to be some great surprise to me that it moves forward when I put my foot on the accelerator or turns in either direction as I turn the steering wheel. Instead of wasting my time test driving their newer Explorer, I got back into my older Explorer and left. Stupid games and ridiculous sales tactics are what I expect from shysters, not professionals.Thanks for the feedback. We strive to provide excellent service to our customers here. All other dealerships stated that I would not be able to drive out at the price they quoted me! Well, Autonation… proved them wrong and they were super great to work with from sales to signing in finance! No surprises or up charges!Fun, easy and great service

All aspects of the transaction were hassle free. I purchased 2 work trucks and was treated better than… when I bought my last 80,000 dollar luxury SUV. The salesperson Leslie, was professional, polite, knowledgeable and treated me like I was her only customer. No doubt I'll be buying more vehicles from Leslie at Auto Nation in the future.Great Deal, Great People

I stated what I was looking for and was told someone would be contacting me soon. Justin Watson was the salesman that helped me. He… said they had exactly what I was looking for and in my price range. What an awesome guy. He listened to me and heard me tell him what i was looking for and what my price range was instead of just trying to sell me what was on hand. I would recommend Justin to everyone. I had been car shopping for about a month. I wasn't sure what brand of car or SUV I wanted so I went to three different brands and test drove various vehicles. All three of these were unsatisfactory, for one reason or another. One of them I had even made multiple trips to. In retrospect, I believe those were to prepare me for a dealership that hired nice, laid back, respectful people that treated me like I was a member of their family. Thanks again Justin Watson!!!Great buying experience!
