Get all service prices in writing before you turn your keys over!

Typical car dealership. Took my Ford explorer in for 30,000 mile service. was told it would cost one price. when I went to pick it up they said they misquoted the price and would be $35 more for the service and oh by the way there is an additional $40 shop fee, I want go back there unless 100% warranty work and I will get cost in writing first!
