Charged $695 on the head and 7 hours labor when they were already replacing oil cooler, fuel… injectors and valve cover gaskets. AC Evap and Heater Core replacement on 2008 JKU
by 08 JKU Owner on 11/30/2023Excellent, Technician diagnosed leak in Evaporator. Since dash had to be taken apart, I decided to also get the heater core replaced. Took a couple weeks to do the job. I road tested care after the work, the dash reassembly seems to be… solid. I road tested the AC system and affected dash components with a 3-hour road trip. by James** on 11/29/2023Traveled from albuquerque NM to buy the truck, wated 2 hrs at airport had to keep calling for a ride. time was the essance, so only had few hrs to make the deal, as i was driving back to NM, i notest front tire keept getting low,tire had a… plug that was taring, also i checked for tire change tools and nothing was thair, also no manuel or origenel mats, MGR would not step up and compensate all thoe i have tried,all he did wase come up with maney excuses. At 16,000 miles someone tried to run a red light through my car. I insisted on taking it to Auto Nation. It… ended needing $16,000 of repairs. I was afraid my journey would never be quite right again. The body shop had to fight insurance to get everything repaired the way it needed to be and they promised me it would be like a brand new car when they were done. When I picked up my journey, it was perfect. by Jeff on 11/02/2023My sales assoc Adam was great. He kept going to bat for me to get the deal that I wanted mostly over the phone before I ever went to the dealership. I would have preferred that the process took less time to drive out since I showed up… with a cashiers check, the finance dept offering extended warranties added time to the process. Also, there was some miscommunication during the phone process about trying to add back some items that were already negotiated out of the deal by another person that I had not been dealing with.
