onI bought my Journey new for Autonation and I have have excellent service every time o took it back for oil changes and maintenance. At 16,000 miles someone tried to run a red light through my car. I insisted on taking it to Auto Nation. It ended needing $16,000 of repairs. I was afraid my journey would never be quite right again. The body shop had to fight insurance to get everything repaired the way it needed to be and they promised me it would be like a brand new car when they were done. When I picked up my journey, it was perfect. Everything Dodge has done has been incredible.
