    I went in for a very unique problem and the dealership was generous with loaner considering the issue was very complex. Service Advisor David Gilbert is an incredible human. Never seen anyone like him that works sincerely to fix the issue in the past 15 years even while driving BMWs. Thank you!

    I just purchased a Jaguar there and it just broke down on me. I only had the car 2 months. How are you all SELLING LEMONS TO PEOPLE. Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL. I asked the finance guy about the Service contract. He told me I get free oil changes and ANYTHING MECHANICAL IT WOULD BE COVERED. They did not included the sheet detailing everything that was covered Bc he knew I would not get it instead they lied. Lied for a sale. The worst fear is getting a car and out of nowhere it breaks down. [non-permissible content removed] they sold me a lemon. WILDER the finance guy did not give me any options for the service plan and he gave me a basic plan they does not cover anything. Eric stated he would reimburse me once I got there he said no since I took it to another place to get it fixed. I had receipts for the repairs. Then he became aggressive with me. The general manager Val was there and he did nothing about ERIC’s behavior. Please do not buy from them read there reviews IT’s not JUST ME

    Great service by Justin. I received a coupon of $29.99 from Sterling McCall but did not apply for my vehicle-surprised! Justin clearly explained the service that will be performed on the MDX. I accidentally left my i-pods and arrived home. Few minutes later, Justin called and informed me of the iPods. He created a trusted environment and his honesty truly appreciated. Thank you Justin

    I took my car to this dealership after using another Acura dealership for a while. The service at the other Acura dealership started to decline so Sterling McCall Acura was my next stop. Let me just say that Wayne (service manager) and Earriel (service advisor) didn’t disappoint. They made sure that my car was well taken care of and kept in communication with me throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier and this dealership has earned my business for life and I made sure to let the service advisor and service manager know that. Because of Wayne and Earriel, not only will I be bringing my car back in for service but my next purchase will be at this dealership as well. Don’t make the mistake of bringing your car elsewhere. Wayne and Earriel promised me that my car would be fixed to my satisfaction and it was. They actually exceeded my expectations and I’m not the easiest guy to satisfy. Thank you both! I’ll be back!

  • Didn’t put stuff back!

    I went to go get an oil change and a new tire. I had on a spare. But once they got done, they didn’t even put the spare tire back where it’s supposed to go. Now it’s sitting in my trunk taking up space. It’s not hard to be courteous and do your job. So I have to ride writing with this tire in my trunk until I can find someone to do their job for them! This may seem minor but it’s taking up space in my trunk and it’s ridiculous.

    Mike, the service advisor at Sterling McCall Acura, was very professional and kept me updated while I waited for AC repairs to be completed on our MDX. The waiting area was clean and allowed me to work remotely in the meantime. So far the AC appears to be cooling.
