I took my car to this dealership after using another Acura dealership for a while. The service at the other Acura dealership started to decline so Sterling McCall Acura was my next stop. Let me just say that Wayne (service manager) and Earriel (service advisor) didn’t disappoint. They made sure that my car was well taken care of and kept in communication with me throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier and this dealership has earned my business for life and I made sure to let the service advisor and service manager know that. Because of Wayne and Earriel, not only will I be bringing my car back in for service but my next purchase will be at this dealership as well. Don’t make the mistake of bringing your car elsewhere. Wayne and Earriel promised me that my car would be fixed to my satisfaction and it was. They actually exceeded my expectations and I’m not the easiest guy to satisfy. Thank you both! I’ll be back!
