Great Experience, Not pushy

The general atmosphere at the dealership was sparkling clean and the entire staff appeared very professional. Nelson Nguyen took me… through the process in the most courteous and friendly way. He was very patient in showing me several color options. He picked me up from my home to enable me to pick up the car. He explained the vehicle's features in a thorough manner. I will have no problem in seeking this dealership if and when I choose another Mazda for my family. by rodec on 08/07/2010I went to several different car dealerships to look for a new car, most of which where pushy to sale a car or get your info to pressure sell you later on. I went Jeff Haas Mazda and found out their approach is to ask you first if you… needed help with finding a car. If you needed time they let you look. If you had a question on any vechicle they answer that question and not try to sell you on anything else. If the sale person did not know the answer to a question I asked, the sales person would find out what the answer was, not just give sales talk as other dealerships do. Jeff Hass Mazda will also work with you on the price of your new car. The only slightly negative comment is, when I received my new plates for my car to being installed, the receptionist did not inform the service department I was waiting to have my plates put on and had to wait 30 minutes before I finally had them installed. The Service man apologized, installed my plates and I was on my way. In summary, they are friendly, allow you to take your time looking, help answering any questions, and are willing to work with you in a non pressure atmosphere.LOVE IT- Best Car ever!
by egiesler on 08/09/2010Bought a CX-9 with the help of Albert Bledsoe. He treated my like his best friend from the time we shook hands. He is so very nice and genuine. I have never worked with a salesperson (in any business) that made me feel as comfortable as… Albert did. Buying a new car is a HUGE thing and can be very stressful. Albert was very reassuring and helped me to get the very best car to meet my needs for my family as well as the desires for the great "extras" I wanted. He got a terrific deal on my trade in and together with his sales manger, he got me a great price on an awesome new car. I couldn't be happier. Albert was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles (I looked at two different types) and pointed out major safety features that I may not have noticed otherwise. He answered all my questions and even checke in with me the next day to see that I had been able to program the radio and bluetooth features on my own. I highly recommend this Mazda Dealer and Albert to anyone looking for a new or used car (he can sell from both lots).Very friendly dealership

He was friendly, smart, and captain saver because my car was about to give out on me. He told me that I was going… to leave this car lot with a brand new car, which I did. Woo-Hoo! by bruce86 on 05/27/2010Shopped online for a CX-9 and created an informal online auction for myself amongst various Houston area Mazda dealers. Bob Wills of Jeff Haas Mazda was the first to respond and was the most transparent and informative. It came to light… during my discussions with other dealers that Dealer cash was invloved in the price offering but it would preclude use of the 0% financing. That was not illustrated in the Mazda website. According to Edmunds, it appears that dealer cash is generally off limits, but since dealers put it on the table, I used it. Bob Wills did a good job of explaining his bid and we are able to clarify his offer relative to the other bids and our negotiations proceeded. Bob Wills matched others pricing by lowering his bid. Bob Wills did a great job of answering all my technical questions. I wanted to buy a CX-9 and they wanted to compete for my business, it was a perfect match.Salesman Of The Year

Albert is the most patient, considerate and understanding car salesman I know ( I have had many in my many years of living) and most of… all he is not "pushy." I fact, I decided to buy 02 vehicles from Albert that same day because he is such a great upstanding gentleman with great morales and good manners. The staff at Jeff Haas works together like a family to get deals done and there was no backstabbing going on; everyone was supportive of each other and all were very nice and friendly. by delijek on 12/07/2008In the market for a CX-9 and checked out the inventory and pricing on their website before visiting the dealership. The "no haggle" prices on the internet were very competitive, actually better than anyone else's. When I emailed them to… see if there were any hidden fees (other than tax, tag, license) that would be added to the internet price, the answer was no and they actually got back to me with even lower prices on the stock numbers I was interested in. Went in the next day and test drove and bought. Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff. Great selection of cars and negotiations were the easiest I have ever experienced. Best thing about this dealership is that they don't tack on the $1500+ in dealer added options like almost every other car dealership does. So, if you don't want a "custom hand painted pinstripe" and window etching you aren't forced to pay for it. They give you the option to add those things after you agree on the price in case any of them are important to you.I would never go back to this dealer ship again. They are highly skilled in making sure that they win out on the deal and you loose. Will make you pay more for the car than it's worth by their special tricks. The guy in the finance dept is a smooth talking sleaze bag. Yes I fell for it, but I strongly suggest you stay away from this card dealer.

Purchasing a new car is a chore in my book; a chore I look forward to as much as, say, having dental work done without anaesthetic, or being attcaked by a school… of pirranhas. (A simile not unlike the experience you have at a typical car dealership...) From start to finish, I have to say my experience at Jeff Haas was refreshingly relaxed and honest. From the sales people - Mel & Bob, to the sales manager Craig, to the finance managers, Danyel & Kortney, I was impressed with the level of professionalism, attention to detail, & direct, dare I say totally honest approach taken to helping me select my new vehicle. There's a reason that this dealer has received a ton of awards from Mazda - they know what they're doing, and it shows.Impressive Buying Experience

Excellent Buying Experience!

My wife and I were taken cared off well. This is a… complete opposite of what we experienced down in R&S. All staff were attentive, professional, courteous and helpful in every way they can. Totally an excellent buying experience. I'd tip my hat off to Larry Bennett and Darlyn (after-sales lady).
