I went to several different car dealerships to look for a new car, most of which where pushy to sale a car or get your info to pressure sell you later on. I went Jeff Haas Mazda and found out their approach is to ask you first if you needed help with finding a car. If you needed time they let you look. If you had a question on any vechicle they answer that question and not try to sell you on anything else. If the sale person did not know the answer to a question I asked, the sales person would find out what the answer was, not just give sales talk as other dealerships do. Jeff Hass Mazda will also work with you on the price of your new car. The only slightly negative comment is, when I received my new plates for my car to being installed, the receptionist did not inform the service department I was waiting to have my plates put on and had to wait 30 minutes before I finally had them installed. The Service man apologized, installed my plates and I was on my way. In summary, they are friendly, allow you to take your time looking, help answering any questions, and are willing to work with you in a non pressure atmosphere.
