I had a very pleasant experience from the time I requested a quote to the time I drove off my new Mazda3. The general atmosphere at the dealership was sparkling clean and the entire staff appeared very professional. Nelson Nguyen took me through the process in the most courteous and friendly way. He was very patient in showing me several color options. He picked me up from my home to enable me to pick up the car. He explained the vehicle's features in a thorough manner. I will have no problem in seeking this dealership if and when I choose another Mazda for my family. Also I had a very pleasant time talking with Ms. Darlene who explained the available accessories.
