The inspection was exceptionally detailed complete with a video explaining the status of the car and overall recommendations. The service was… quick, and the my service advisor (John) was extremely professional. Will always come back for the world class service!Excellent service!

The employees at Advantage (especially Brandon Valdez) made me feel calm, collected and important. I had an awful two day experience… due to an accident that an uninsured driver caused. Although I had minimal visible damage they explained everything in great detail and gave me everything I will need when pressing charges against this driver. They were very honest with me and showed me what I will need and not need because I had to pay for damages I didn’t cause. Once I get what is owed I will go back to fix the cosmetic parts of my car. Thanks for taking care of me!Great customer service

by Bill L on 11/17/2021I had a terrible experience with the service and loaner department. When signing my 3-year lease, I added “platinum” rim, wheel, and tire coverage to cover routine cosmetic damage. When I attempted to use this coverage during a routine… service visit, I was told there was a $130 per wheel limit, which was difficult but they “make it work”. I can’t find that limit in the lease document. More infuriating, I was given a loaner car during the service. A small rock chipped the windshield and the dealership took the position that I had to pay $1700 to replace the entire windshield for what should have been a $30 repair. When I challenged them, they dropped to $1200. The terms of the loaner agreement state that any damage would be charged the dealer’s actual cost to repair, not replace or make new. A web search suggests that that amount is $200-$400, still well below the quoted price. They are not honoring their own agreements.Super job on my car

Robert Garcia did his usual outstanding job handling my car, including getting me a loaner. I had just… returned from a long vacation. The car helped me pick up groceries and other things I needed. SUPERB job all the way around, from Robert to the repair techs to the loaner department, etc. Cheers!Thank you Phillip for your kind words for Robert!
