Great example of customer service

onI usually worked with Momentum BMW Dealership but after my experience with Advantage I will never go back. The employees at Advantage (especially Brandon Valdez) made me feel calm, collected and important. I had an awful two day experience due to an accident that an uninsured driver caused. Although I had minimal visible damage they explained everything in great detail and gave me everything I will need when pressing charges against this driver. They were very honest with me and showed me what I will need and not need because I had to pay for damages I didn’t cause. Once I get what is owed I will go back to fix the cosmetic parts of my car. Thanks for taking care of me!
