Bought a 2025 GMC Sierra SLT

    Didn’t give options, instead wanted to replace several unnecessary parts to factory settings, so they could charge more.

    I brought my truck in for routine oil change and cabin filter 1:00p appt arrived at 12:30. Service was fine but after 2.5 hr wait im wondering whats taking so long. Seems im waiting for my courtesy car wash. I am watching as cars that came in after me are getting thier courtesy wash and my car is just sitting Im watching as cars getting thier courtesy wash are getting soap and water wash downs tires washed and clear water rinse while my car just got a wipe down and windows cleaned. I understand its a courtesy wash but do it right or dont do it. Do it the same for all or dont do it

    Brought my Buick Lucerne in for them to repair a oil leak that was smoking. Well they charged me 1321 for a damn power steering hose!!!!!!. They told me that what was causing my vehicle to smoke. Well it's smoking even worse now smh. I'd advise you NOT to buy GM. Period.

  • New way of buying a truck isn’t all that bad

    The inventory, should be in by chain issues today buying a car is very different. At first, I was very skeptical but working with Juan at the dealership really made it one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences that I’ve had in purchasing a new vehicle. Was able to do 99.9% of everything via text with Juan, who made the process incredibly painless. With everything from trade-in to pricing and everything in between, was able to show up at the dealership to take delivery, complete financing, and drive off the lot in less than an hour.

  • Problem not fixed

    I guess I should have checked before I left the dealership. Problem not fixed. Still no air overhead on 2nd row. Entire visit was $2k, you don’t have loaners, really frustrating. Now I gotta find another time to take it back in and be without a car.
