onI brought my truck in for routine oil change and cabin filter 1:00p appt arrived at 12:30. Service was fine but after 2.5 hr wait im wondering whats taking so long. Seems im waiting for my courtesy car wash. I am watching as cars that came in after me are getting thier courtesy wash and my car is just sitting Im watching as cars getting thier courtesy wash are getting soap and water wash downs tires washed and clear water rinse while my car just got a wipe down and windows cleaned. I understand its a courtesy wash but do it right or dont do it. Do it the same for all or dont do it
