Bought a 2025 GMC Sierra SLT

    I used the website to make a service appointment. The site is more timely and efficient for making appointments than calling in, and it sends a text to confirm the appointment. Aaron F. was very customer centric and courteous. The service department started on time and texted me in a couple of hours to inform me my vehicle was ready for pickup. After I paid and got my keys I started the vehicle and the check engine light was on. I spoke to Aaron and a mechanic but both said the light was on when they accessed my vehicle. I viewed the dash board attentatively twice before getting out of the vehicle this morning and there were not any lights displayed. I recall specifically because I memorized the mileage. They said the vehicle would have to be connected to a computer to diagnose the problem. I was short on time and didn’t desire to stay any longer.

    I made an appointment via the Sterling-McCall Buick GMC app. That was easy. When I arrived they already knew what I was there for. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the price was good.

  • Far from high class

    Routine service listed at over $600 was supposed to take 2 1/2 hours took over 3 hours. Waiting room provided coffee and a fountain soda machine. After a couple of hours I noticed snack trays with sandwiches and fruit. When I went to get some, I was stopped and told this was not for me (customer) but for a truck delivery. I later learned that the food was to celebrate the sale of a new Hummer truck. After the ceremony and after the dealership staff ate, there was some fruit and chicken tenders left for me. I had given my service writer a coupon too apply to service charge. After he wrote up my final charge I asked if my coupon had been denied. "Oh yes", he exclaimed, "I forgot about that." He rewrote my paperwork to give me credit for the coupon. Them he handed my my keys, wished mean good day and said my car was on the driveway. It was not on the driveway. It was parked a few lanes over and behind some other cars. When I found it I noticed that there was a white "goop" dripping on the tires. I went back into the building, found my service writer and asked him to look at the tires. He explained that this was stuff that is applied with a thick brush so should be left like that. Her offered to have the top wiped off if I wanted him to. Overall, I think the work done on my car was probably well done. I was very disappointed with the level of customer service that I received.

    My truck has been here for 21 days for minor repairs. Everyone is confused making excuses and extremely slow. The truck finally went to the body shop the 3rd week as they finally got an estimate but it took them no time to respond about purchasing after market equipment. First and last time

    i was greeted promptly upon arrival. Aaron was very thorough reviewing the issues I put on my appointment. My vehicle was diagnosed and he found me working in the lobby and explained the findings. The price was reasonable with a 2 year warranty and I was give. information for a service they don’t perform there.

    Home away from home atmosphere. Easy access to Salt Grass Restaurant. Free Uber rides. Service Mgr. Ramon Zapata kept us informed as to service progress. Even put on 2 mechanics so we could depart at 5 p.m. Peace of mind knowing we could drive away safely in our 2016 Buick Regal. Thank you to all involved.

    I will not recommend Sterling McCall Buick dealership service department to anyone due to the professionalism of the service advisor Marcus H. I have been a long-standing customer and I will never take my car in to be serviced there never, ever again!!! Customer service is very important to me and Marcus H. made me fell unappreciated and not valued as a long-standing customer!!! I’m So very hurt and disappointed in the way I was treated in the close of my transaction.
