I used the website to make a service appointment. The site is more timely and efficient for making appointments than calling in, and it sends a text to confirm the appointment. Aaron F. was very customer centric and courteous. The service department started on time and texted me in a couple of hours to inform me my vehicle was ready for pickup. After I paid and got my keys I started the vehicle and the check engine light was on. I spoke to Aaron and a mechanic but both said the light was on when they accessed my vehicle. I viewed the dash board attentatively twice before getting out of the vehicle this morning and there were not any lights displayed. I recall specifically because I memorized the mileage. They said the vehicle would have to be connected to a computer to diagnose the problem. I was short on time and didn’t desire to stay any longer.
