Worst Dealership/Company to work with
by Imran T on 01/22/2025I have leased/purchased 8 different cars in Houston within last 12 years and this is by far the worst dealership/company to deal with. they overprice every add-ons by a large factor. I have been trying to deal with AutoNation since last 3… months to cancel the extended warranty which they promised could be canceled at any time. It's been a nightmare- with multiple calls and every single one with a wait time of 50+ min. Despite promising a date many times, they have not resolved it till date. It is almost impossible to get hold of them and when they respond, it's rude and offers no solution whatsoever. totally avoid dealing with this dealership and anything AutoNation.Amazing experience purchasing vehicle!!

Completed everything over the phone/online and just walked in signed and drove. One of the best car buying experiences. We did have a small… hiccup on my trade in payoff, but Jennifer kept me in the loop throughout the process. Pity that other dealers aren’t like this. by joannam on 02/22/2024I purchased a Mercedes back in November 2023 and it was one of the worst experiences I have had in my life. All staff from finance, sales, manager and customer service were rude, unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. They will not… answer emails nor phones, they hang out on me, they spoke disrespectful and of course they could not fix the issue they created. As of today they charged my for a deposit hold and did not refund me the money. by Incision on 11/22/2023Bought a Mercedes Sprinter Van. Low mileage. Dealer inspection was flawless. Having bought Mercedes on several occasions in the past, we were confident we would be treated in an honorable way, and that the dealership would have integrity.… They agreed to make several repairs that were obvious issues at the time of the sales agreement. Per schedule we brought it back for those repairs. It has been almost a month now and they have not even given us an update despite almost daily requests. We still have no idea when to expect to get the vehicle back. I have a strong feeling the problem isn’t Mercedes the corporation it is this particular dealership which happens to be a nationwide company.Hi, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Not happy with both 'certified car' nor sales lady.
by Pluto19 on 10/06/2023I purchased a used 2019 Lexus ES350. Given that the dealership was a Mercdedes dealership, one would think you would get above average customer service. My car had a very obvious dent which was not there when we initially inspected the car… before purchase. Then, after driving the car for several days, I had to bring the car back because the car was shaking if I brake while driving 60mph, which should not be happening, since the car was 'certified' by the dealership. The sales lady said she will speak to the used car manager if they will pay to replace the brakes, and, if they are willing to buy back the car. This discussion with the sales lady was on a Friday afternoon. And I am writing this feedback exactly a week from last Friday, and still have not heard back from her, even after sending a follow up email to her a couple of days ago, on Wednesday. Not happy with the car and how they were able to 'certify' it, and not happy with the customer service at all. After the car is sold, they basically disappeared on customer service.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. This is a follow up to my review above. After I submitted my review last Friday, I called the dealership to speak to the pre-owned dept manager, but since he wasn’t available, I left my name and phone number with the receptionist, and also gave her a brief message for my call. The sales lady finally texted me a couple of hours later, saying she had been out of office and can call me later. I never responded to her text. She then responded to my email the next day, just stating they will not replace the brakes. And as of today, that sales manager never returned my call. What if I just missed the call? But then I would think he’ll leave a voice mail, correct? But no voice mail neither, so it’s safe to assumed he never called back. This is horrible service, especially coming from a Mercedes Benz dealership. I had purchased another used Lexus at a Mazda dealership on I-10, in 2019, and the service before AND after the sales was top notch. Also, when I made the appointment to get the the brakes inspected by the service department, the appointment was for 2:15 pm, or 2:30pm. It took the service department about 3 hours just to test drive the vehicle and inspect the brakes. That was ridiculous.
Dream come true

I found one at MB of North Houston and they were quick in responding to my inquiries and arranging for me to go see the car and have a test drive. Kamran was the… sales agent that I worked with and he was very pleasant and answered all my questions. He wasn't pushy like my previous experiences with sales people so I felt comfortable making my decision. They were fair in the negotiations and the trade in and I was happy with the deal I got. All's well that ends well
by Der Alte on 08/26/2023There were a few hiccups in the transaction (purchased a 2022 SL63) with Mercedes of Houston. In the end however, all issues were resolved by Aco Stankovic. I took a gamble buying sight unseen from another State. Furthermore, the SL63… had a known issue with a pending recall that prohibited the dealership from selling the car as CPO. I lost a year's warranty because of that, but it was the only SL 63 that came up in a nationwide search in my color combination. Ordering new would have required waiting until Spring 2024 to take delivery, and I wanted the car for an upcoming cross country road trip. The sales department made the process relatively easy. I was able to get a printer copy of the Purchase Contract at a local Auto Nation dealership, and the wire transfer was handled by my bank. Delivery took longer than expected, but that was an issue with the delivery carrier - not with Mercedes Benz Houston North. An item that was supposed to have been delivered with the car was missing. I called the sales rep when the car was delivered, and he said not to worry, the dealership would take care of it. That's the hiccup. I had to follow up to get that resolved. My complaints reached Aco, who was more than accommodating. A check is in the mail to refund the missing item. Furthermore, he clarified an issue about an aftermarket film installed by a previous owner, that my local dealership suggested required a new windshield. I'm relieved to know that I can simply remove the film (or live with the blemish, which is easily covered by my tollway transponder). Aco was very pleasant to deal with and cheerfully resolved my issues. Chances of me buying another car sight unseen from a distant State are relatively small, but if the occasion presents itself, I learned that I could walk into any AutoNation dealership and have them handle the transaction, with delivery coming to the local shop. That's a huge takeaway from all this. I would not hesitate to recommend Mercedes Benz of Houston North to anyone, thanks to Aco's efforts on my behalf.Hi, we appreciate your honest feedback, as we are always looking for ways to improve. Great deal and smooth process

Only downside was finance department did multiple hard pulls on credit report (4) after saying only one pull would be used for all quotes. Not a… big deal just a surprise.
