I have leased/purchased 8 different cars in Houston within last 12 years and this is by far the worst dealership/company to deal with. they overprice every add-ons by a large factor. I have been trying to deal with AutoNation since last 3 months to cancel the extended warranty which they promised could be canceled at any time. It's been a nightmare- with multiple calls and every single one with a wait time of 50+ min. Despite promising a date many times, they have not resolved it till date. It is almost impossible to get hold of them and when they respond, it's rude and offers no solution whatsoever. totally avoid dealing with this dealership and anything AutoNation.
