Not happy with both 'certified car' nor sales lady.

I purchased a used 2019 Lexus ES350. Given that the dealership was a Mercdedes dealership, one would think you would get above average customer service. My car had a very obvious dent which was not there when we initially inspected the car before purchase. Then, after driving the car for several days, I had to bring the car back because the car was shaking if I brake while driving 60mph, which should not be happening, since the car was 'certified' by the dealership. The sales lady said she will speak to the used car manager if they will pay to replace the brakes, and, if they are willing to buy back the car. This discussion with the sales lady was on a Friday afternoon. And I am writing this feedback exactly a week from last Friday, and still have not heard back from her, even after sending a follow up email to her a couple of days ago, on Wednesday. Not happy with the car and how they were able to 'certify' it, and not happy with the customer service at all. After the car is sold, they basically disappeared on customer service.

This is a follow up to my review above. After I submitted my review last Friday, I called the dealership to speak to the pre-owned dept manager, but since he wasn’t available, I left my name and phone number with the receptionist, and also gave her a brief message for my call. The sales lady finally texted me a couple of hours later, saying she had been out of office and can call me later. I never responded to her text. She then responded to my email the next day, just stating they will not replace the brakes. And as of today, that sales manager never returned my call. What if I just missed the call? But then I would think he’ll leave a voice mail, correct? But no voice mail neither, so it’s safe to assumed he never called back. This is horrible service, especially coming from a Mercedes Benz dealership. I had purchased another used Lexus at a Mazda dealership on I-10, in 2019, and the service before AND after the sales was top notch. Also, when I made the appointment to get the the brakes inspected by the service department, the appointment was for 2:15 pm, or 2:30pm. It took the service department about 3 hours just to test drive the vehicle and inspect the brakes. That was ridiculous.
