I came prepared to spend the entire day at the dealership, but thanks to my salesman and the finance department it was substantially shorter than I’d experienced in the… past. I pulled off the lot with my new Chrysler 300, having traded my GMC Terrain in. I could not ask for a better car buying experience. by hi_there3 on 08/31/2015I recently went through this dealership to purchase a used vehicle. I needed to replace my own vehicle, which was starting to overheat. They sold me a car within my budget that had low mileage at a great price. The salesman was very nice… and didnt high-pressure sell anything to me. He just wanted to make sure I was happy with the car I bought. I thought I got a deal. Then I started having issues with the vehicle. First, it overheated the day after I brought it home from the dealership. Had to go to two dealership service departments before someone would look at it to diagnose the issue. Turns out it was clogged with mud. I had to pay out of pocket to have it cleaned, but I was reimbursed by the dealer. Then the tire sensor goes off. Turns out a tire was low. I thought it had a hole, so I removed the tire. The lug nuts wouldn't go back on and the posts were rusted all over. Had to be towed to a service station. Started seeing signs of water damage, which the dealership claimed wasn't true. Carfax came back clean. Perhaps someone at the auction was underhanded with the dealer, but I returned the car that day. I did get a little flack at first, but I didnt have a sales contract in place. The deal had never gone through with financing at all. The only thing that saved me!!! They sold my old car, so I got a check instead. Just glad its over. Going to get a vehicle somewhere else. I wouldnt say don t go there. They obviously do a lot of business, so people are fairly happy with what they buy. I just didnt have a fantastic experience this time. Give them a try? Hopefully, you will favor better than I did.Excellent Customer Service!!!

I worked with Hoyuki online and with Henry Hernandez at the dealership and they provided excellent service. Our transaction was fast and hassle free. Henry was… very nice, friendly, and helpful. He helped us with our vehicle and made the process extremely easy and stress free. I have gone to other Jeep dealerships in the past and the sales guys are horrible. I felt welcomed and was not pressured to purchase anything. At the beginning of the sales process several… doors begin to close on the deal but John Arrant never gave up on the car I wanted til finally the right door was open. by bishop12 on 04/30/2009We purchased an 03 Honda Civic from Mac Haik in October 2007. The car VIN was not registered to the plates on the car at the time purchase. The dealership placed the wrong name on the title. They then had a non owner of the car carry… insurance on the vehicle so the sale could be made. Upon attempting to trade the car in, we found that the car had a Salvage title due to water damage. Mac Haik attempted to take the car in on a trade but never followed up. They made no attempt to rectify the title issue. The worth of the vehicle is nothing due to the title issue. The car now has come up for re-registration. The title now at the Texas Department is not only listed as salvage, but it states that it is revoked. We can not drive the car on an expired registration. Mac Haik has made no effort to correct the problems with what is a total misrepresentation of the car and the errors in the title. With no title, the car is not able to pass a safety check or have insurance coverage. Mac Haik needs to rectify this problem. They will not assume any responsibility for their unethical business practices. This car belongs to a hard working young man. They need to provide him with a legal car! Tom WydoGREAT EXPIRENCE !!!

They had plenty of stock although they had to get the color i wanted from one of their other lots, but it was there the next day. The salesperson (Adam) was very… knowledgable and helped me with what i wanted, and didnt try to up sale me. The place has a very comfortable atmosphere. I was treated very well and would definitly recommend them to my friends and family or anyone.Sketchy Business Practices
by kjrock on 10/04/2008I recently saw a Toyota Highlander that Mac Haik had for sale in Houston. I called on the vehicle and everything looked good. After talking to a few of the salemen, I asked what it would take to purchase the vehicle since I live 7 hours… away. I told them I was going to buy it, but would have to get a flight out to get it. The sales person said if I put a deposit on it, they would hold it until I got there. I gave them my credit card number and said, let's do it. I then purchased airfare tickets. I indicated to them that it would be a couple days before I got there and they said fine, we'll pick you up at the airport. Everything looked good. Two mornings before I was to fly out I realized they had not put any charges against my credit card. I called and talked to the assistant manager who told me that they don't normally hold cars, but since I bought plane tickets he would assure me that they would set it aside for me. The next afternoon they call me tell me that they sold the car. They had raised the price $1000 and sold it, that way they would pay me back for my plane ticket and still make an extra $800. This dealer clearly knows nothing about treating it's customers right. If you agree to a deal, you stay with it, you don't raise the price to see what happens before it gets picked up. I must say that I have been skeptical of dealerships for quite some times due to the noted hassle that comes along with buying a new vehicle. After chatting with their online… people, we set up an easy appointment to come look at a silver ram 1500 that they had on the lot (silver is my son's favorite color - and they had it). Upon arriving we were greeted and taken to our appointment. Buying my son's pickup was a super easy process and frankly, enjoyable. Mac Haik is our family dealership. Make sure you check them out. Ask for Nancy - she is the General Manager over there!
