    I have a classic Corvette with a Muncie 4speed, I love that car. It's very raw and leaves you pulsating after driving it. There is no such thing as a lack of excitement of your senses while driving it. However, it's a classic, classics are always tricky when it comes to parts. The parts department at Mac Haik Chevy Always has what I need, even when I was retrofitting a Cadillac alternator and I needed a different wiring harness. If I remember right they even had the resistor I had to wire in!! Amazing! Mac Haik Chevy IS my Go To Place for anything Chevy. It leaves you with that old nostalgic feeling when you go to get a part and you actually leave with it.

    Phil took care of all issues I had and needed addressed. He kept me informed as the day went along as to what was required to keep my 100k+ '07 Suburban in top shape. He's the best service adviser I've ever worked with.

    Everything went well except you called and said my car was ready and when I went to pick it up they said it wasn't and that something happened and it wouldn't be ready until the next day. Luckily I had my ride wait for me or I would have been stranded.

    The Service man that did the oil service did not reset the Oil Gauge to zero. Is that something he should do? Are you not also providing a reminder on the windshield any more cause there was not one there either.

    I really like the fact that the staff took the time out to find a great deal at a workable price. I am very pleased with my purchase and I plan on getting 1-2 more vehicles in the future from this dealership.

    I did like the personal touch by the service advisor, the loaner car to help during this service, and the level of commitment during the week of Thanksgiving.

    The "service brakes" light lit up on my 2008 Silverado. Russell Casteel handled the issue with promptness, courtesy and complete professionalism. It is by belief that Russell is a valuable asset in the Mac Haik organization!

    The service performed was very good. Tony was most helpful. My issue is the car was Certified and was not properly serviced. From day one the front wheels were not properly balanced even though the tires were new, and the driver's seat did not fully function. The seat was repaired under CPO Warranty but the dealership would not recognize the wheel issue. They tell me the brakes are an issue which should have been caught during CPO inspection. I like the car, but should never have accepted it without being properly serviced or at least gotten a We-Owe.

    Glad my vehicle is fixed the right way the first time. Though I have noticed it's taking longer to get repairs done and they're costing a lot more money.

    The service took a while to complete; but, the work was done as requested and the staff was courteous and informative. It did take a long time for the car rental process to be accomplished; but, other than that, I have no complaints. I do not want to comment on this topic any further via additional surveys in email or phone.

    As always, best of service with mac Haik. Car was washed and vacuum after the service to replace a door handle assembly for passenger side. Russell Casteel best of service rep as I have been fortunate to be his client since 2000 Tahoe purchased from mac Haik. 2000 Tahoe best of the best and approaching 330,000 miles. 2011 Tahoe has been superior SUV except for broken door handle replaced. keep up great service and all will return.     I was disappointed with this visit. I spent $1,800.00 and my car came out to me DIRTY. Usually after having my car serviced it is washed. This is very petty but I am not used to this kind of service. There are several other small things that disappointed me. This has no reflection on the service advisor. I know that the only way I can get service the way I received it from Dan Switalski is to change dealerships and I am not sure that I want to do this at this time.

    Mac Haik /Phil Hauck makes me feel like family. My wife and I have purchased vehicles from the dealership (Jerry Tigert, Retired) since the mid 80's and have been highly satisfied with all your shops since then.

    Arriving at 0700 to schedule Oil & filter change was better than a 2 hour wait on Saturday. Total time as about 30-45 minutes or less as I has lost time. Looked outside and service tech was walking inside with keys. This was type of service you expect from Mac Haik Quicklube. Is Digital Air Strike a room full of operators calling you every other day trying to sell you an extended warranty for your 2011 Tahoe!!!!!!

    I am very pleased with my experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet. I got my oil changed and tires rotated. Danielle in the lube center helped me. She greeted me at my car and took care of me. She was very friendly. I told her that I was quoted two different prices. She gave me the lower price. I was there with my two year old niece and it was very speedy service. I am very happy.
