Pleased but disappointed

I was disappointed with this visit. I spent $1,800.00 and my car came out to me DIRTY. Usually after having my car serviced it is washed. This is very petty but I am not used to this kind of service. There are several other small things that disappointed me. This has no reflection on the service advisor. I know that the only way I can get service the way I received it from Dan Switalski is to change dealerships and I am not sure that I want to do this at this time.
