Ricardo M. was very helpful, did great with communication and made the process go smooth. The receptionist Carol… greeted me with a big smile and was very friendly and welcoming. It was also a pleasure working with the Finance Specialist, Demarcus. The finance process went smooth and quickly. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. Overall I had a great experience with Lonestar Chevrolet. After disappointing experiences with previous dealerships, I can truly say this has been the best one and I am highly satisfied with my purchase. Don’t go here
by Zerberfert on 03/08/2025Don't come here. Car had a blinker problem that is usually an easy fix. They said they would fix it if I bought it. Signed papers to buy the car that day. Going to bring a check and pick it up 2 days later if the blinker was fixed. Not only… was the blinker not fixed, no communication until I got there. A little background, I have a handicap dad and the car is more for him and the power passenger seat to make sure he can get comfortable oh and it's almost 2 hrs 1 way. They let me get there without communicating with me and then tried to sell me a different car....THAT DID NOT HAVE POWER PASSENGER SEAT. Don't come here.Hello, We appreciate your honest feedback.
