by Zerberfert on 03/08/2025Don't come here. Car had a blinker problem that is usually an easy fix. They said they would fix it if I bought it. Signed papers to buy the car that day. Going to bring a check and pick it up 2 days later if the blinker was fixed. Not only… was the blinker not fixed, no communication until I got there. A little background, I have a handicap dad and the car is more for him and the power passenger seat to make sure he can get comfortable oh and it's almost 2 hrs 1 way. They let me get there without communicating with me and then tried to sell me a different car....THAT DID NOT HAVE POWER PASSENGER SEAT. Don't come here.Hello, We appreciate your honest feedback. My quest to get back on track financially and my dream car

They put me in a beautiful black Camaro in 2015. I never had a single bad experience with that transaction or any of the… servicing throughout the 10 years of driving that baby! That's why I came back to Lone Star when it was time for a new ride. Once again, Loan Star did not disappoint! I told my sales rep, Stephen Reed, which car I wanted, but honestly, I didn't expect to be able to buy it. A series of unfortunate events have destroyed my credit over the last few years. I'm retired on a fixed income and that makes it really hard to deal with financial snafus. So I prepared myself to hear a big fat "NO". I even picked out a car almost half the price of the gorgeous gray Camaro I really wanted. Stephen told me he would do his best to get me into the car I really wanted,and that is exactly what he did. I drove home last night in my gorgeous new (pre-owned) gray Camaro! Even with my terrible credit, Finance Manager DeMarcus Phillips secured a payment almost $200 less than I expected! I couldn't believe it! I am one happy old lady!We are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! He listens, isn't pushy trying to make a deal, and is thorough from start… to finish. Met with the GM who remembers me from 7 years ago. Everyone is wonderful.
