Ricardo M. was very helpful, did great with communication and made the process go smooth. The receptionist Carol greeted me with a big smile and was very friendly and welcoming. It was also a pleasure working with the Finance Specialist, Demarcus. The finance process went smooth and quickly. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. Overall I had a great experience with Lonestar Chevrolet. After disappointing experiences with previous dealerships, I can truly say this has been the best one and I am highly satisfied with my purchase. I definitely recommend this dealership!
