Fast, friendly Used Truck purchase

Kilberth in used car sales, was excellent in service and delivery. Peace of mind with trade in, and transition to new truck.… Finance piece was all of 30 min if that, informative and hassle free. It was very painless. Within 24 hours I had located the vehicle, arranged… financing through the dealership and driven in from Beaumont to pick up the car. He provided me all the incentives he could and evened worked with the finance team to come as close to my required payments as possible. He worked to get me the best possible trade in… for my previous Mustang. All and all you can tell that they are a business, but the customers happiness is key. by lilbrneyes69 on 05/08/2016This has been the most horrible truck buying experience. bought a brand new 2015 F150 4/23/2016, it was late. taillight needs to be replaced had moisture in it was told it will be replaced when I bring it back. rushed out, no paperwork,… still no paperwork 15 days later. still don't know who financed my truck . sold to me with a bad with a bad battery had to get it jumped 4 days in a row to get to work, before I could get back to the dealer to have it replaced. still didn't replace the tail light! so not happy with this experience at all!Joe Myers
