    Kenny has been very helpful each time I have come into the dealership, he has called to check on me to make sure things are going well. This is even true after I bought the car, he saw me parked in an lot down the street from the dealership and he came over to ask if everything was ok, he did not have to do that since he was off work but he went the extra mile to make sure the car was fine. Thanks to Kenny for really being there for his customers! Joshua Harris emailed me back and forth several times never pushing me to come in like other dealerships, he just wanted me to do be an informed buyer. By the time we spoke on the phone I was actually comfortable knowing that he was not trying to just "sell" me anything to get the sale. I actually turned down buying the same car from another dealership because of that very reason the person there would not take time to answer my questions via email and just wanted me to come in. I am very busy and sometimes email is the best way. Josh and I had 20 back and forth emails before we talked on the phone. I came in and met him in person and it was just so easy to talk to him because I had been talking to him via email and he knew exactly what I wanted. He did not have the car in stock but he went and got it in on time. He called me right away just to let me know he had secured my car even though he had not yet picked it up he let me know it would be ready on the date we had discussed. Thanks Josh!!

  • The absolute best and easiest car-buying experience

    Before buying from Joe Myers, I visited a handful of other dealerships --- that was a huge mistake. Those other guys all either gave me the run-around, were less than professional, or would quote me a ridiculously low selling price and then try to wheel-and-deal me by tacking on extra costs on the Buyer's Order. It was a massive waste of time. I ended up coming to Joe Myers after speaking to your employee Josh Terry over the phone. He was absolutely great! There were no games and no snake-oil. Not only was he extremely personable and professional, he stayed after closing to make sure I could be in my new vehicle ASAP. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Joe Myers Ford and Mr. Terry to anybody who wanted to buy a Ford vehicle. I love that Joe Myers' sales approach is straight-to-the-point and that salesmen are paid on a flat commission no matter the selling price of the vehicle -- meaning that buyers don't have to worry about getting ripped-off!

    everything was great. I have dealt with my salesman about 25 years so we never have a problem. He is Dan Howard so always treats me right.The car was a Flex. The service was great. I never have a problem with anyone.

    I purchased a certified pre-owned 2014 F-150 Lariat. Sales staff was very helpful. Although I was an out-of-state buyer, I felt like I was treated the same as a local buyer. Only issue that was not handled before I left the dealership was an inventory of all interior items. Such an inventory or checklist would have identified missing items - storage/coin tray in center console and owners manuals in glove compartment. Salesperson promised to mail these items to me as soon as possible.

    Everything was amazing. I work in the auto financing business and for this being my very first car purchase everything was absolutely splendid. From the moment we got to the dealership till we left in our new car everyone we encountered had such a joyful attitude. Everything was explained to me and I left the dealership knowing everything I needed to. It was such a wonderful experience and I will be recommending the dealership.

    This was my second purchase from Joe Myer's & I was very satisfied with the customer service. They offered fair trade in on my previous purchase. Fausto was very helpful & took his time with us. My husband & I both purchased vehicles at the same time. When it's time we'll definitely be back!

    The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. Robert Martin was wonderful! He helped me get a great deal on my new 2015 Ford Edge Sport and then explained to me very well how to use the main features! I recommend Robert to everyone! Jean was also very helpful to me in understanding my new Ford and various features.
