The experience was great from the beginning. Josh was very helpful and informative. We did not feel like he was trying to push us onto a certain vehicle or close a deal without taking our needs into consideration. He was very mindful of what we wanted since the beginning and kept that in mind when suggestion the best vehicle for the best rate.
