bad service all the way around

This has been the most horrible truck buying experience. bought a brand new 2015 F150 4/23/2016, it was late. taillight needs to be replaced had moisture in it was told it will be replaced when I bring it back. rushed out, no paperwork, still no paperwork 15 days later. still don't know who financed my truck . sold to me with a bad with a bad battery had to get it jumped 4 days in a row to get to work, before I could get back to the dealer to have it replaced. still didn't replace the tail light! so not happy with this experience at all!
