I went to Fredy Kia to really just look and price check some vehicle, a gentleman name Raymond asked if he could help me, I asked for two vehicles to look at and of course I got stuck on one! Raymond got paperwork together very fast! Before… I knew it I was out of there in my new SUV!! He gave great service, very polite, and helpful! If you need a vehicle go to Fredy Kia and ask for Raymond!! The finance manager was great as well, the whole staff is great!!

He followed up by phone after my initial visit and got my deal approved so I was… done before my second visit. Picking us was very simple as well, no high pressure to buy additional packages. Daniel, the deal approver was also nice to work with. I would definitely shop with them again in the future. Robert took the time to help show me the features and to help me set up the basics on the car, this was definitely appreciated.Keep me rolling

by Ap on 10/10/2024Rolandan was an amazing salesman! He is a very personal person. We had no trouble getting approved. However we did have a longer than expected wait to sign and pay with finance. Rolandan himself came in about 3 times to check on us and ask… about our wait time because he was also getting annoyed. A lot of our information was also completely incorrect when we were about to sign. We were able to get a rebate which was nice. The picking and choosing was 5 stars. Finance was 3 stars.Fast & Efficient, In-&-Out!

The overall experience was superb, 10/10 points, awesome job taking care of what I needed in a speedy timely manner (slightly… over 1 hour which was amazing). We went over everything that was completed and I even got a pre-notification on when to expect to come back for the next maintenance oil change/tire rotation work. Elizabeth is always friendly and I will continue to advocate for her & recommend her to anyone looking for assistance. Thank you for your commitment to maintenance customers (usually no profit from us) because we will spread the good word about the "after" of doing business with the dealership. by Red on 10/07/2024Too bad there is not a negative star rating because I would give a -10. They sold my son a 2019 Kia Sol that is now in the Tomball police's impound yard as the car was reported stolen. He purchased the car 90 days ago and we still do not… have the license plates or a temp plate that is current. We have been promised numerus times over the last 2 weeks that a new temp plate would be emailed so we could print it off and go. All of this mess has led us to purchase a Carfax report to see if a new owner has been reported, which it hasn't but low and behold 6 months ago the car was reported stolen which had us calling the police to figure this out. If you look at the reviews on Fredy Kia website there is not one since 12/2020, and all of those are perfect which everyone knows is not true. Go check the BBB there ratings there are ALL 1 horrible. I strongly suggest if you are considering this dealership you rethink it. 90 days and still no permanent plate for the stolen car they sold us.Great service.
