Too bad there is not a negative star rating because I would give a -10. They sold my son a 2019 Kia Sol that is now in the Tomball police's impound yard as the car was reported stolen. He purchased the car 90 days ago and we still do not have the license plates or a temp plate that is current. We have been promised numerus times over the last 2 weeks that a new temp plate would be emailed so we could print it off and go. All of this mess has led us to purchase a Carfax report to see if a new owner has been reported, which it hasn't but low and behold 6 months ago the car was reported stolen which had us calling the police to figure this out. If you look at the reviews on Fredy Kia website there is not one since 12/2020, and all of those are perfect which everyone knows is not true. Go check the BBB there ratings there are ALL 1 horrible. I strongly suggest if you are considering this dealership you rethink it. 90 days and still no permanent plate for the stolen car they sold us.
