Rolandan was an amazing salesman! He is a very personal person. We had no trouble getting approved. However we did have a longer than expected wait to sign and pay with finance. Rolandan himself came in about 3 times to check on us and ask about our wait time because he was also getting annoyed. A lot of our information was also completely incorrect when we were about to sign. We were able to get a rebate which was nice. The picking and choosing was 5 stars. Finance was 3 stars.
