Unfortunately I was hit and my car was totaled. I trusted AutoNation to come back and… purchase another car. Sam Lagbenro worked with me to get a car (my dream car) at a price I could afford. He was so kind, understanding and patient. He advocated for me and worked WITH me which I appreciated. In addition to Sam, I had the opportunity to also work with Adam (again) who took time out of his day to pick me up from work and take me to the dealership to pick up my new car! Sam and Adam kept in communication and made sure my car was ready when I needed it. Moody and Raheem from the finance department were also very accommodating, respectful and immensely patient with me as well. I highly recommend working with the team here because they go above and beyond for their customers. Purchased a Range Rover Sport

Marcel was the best, honest, made you feel at home with his expertise about our vehicle. He along with Chris the Goat, worked their magic… to get us the best trade in and what we wanted. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had
by tradeinbuyer on 08/15/2024I was looking for a specific year, make, and model used car and have been scanning the various car sales apps/sites, Autonation being one of them, for what feels like months and finally saw one come up for sale at the Autonation USA (Katy)… nearby. I've been waiting for one to pop up nearby, so it would be an easy visit to test drive. Note: I later learned that Autonation would have worked with me to transfer the same year-make-model car I wanted from other Autonation locations instead of waiting for one to go for sale at that Katy location. I happened to have a different appointment down the street so I booked a test drive. There, we were met with Summer, our sales rep. She is so inviting and helpful, not to mention incredibly patient while my wife and I asked our questions about the car, took the test drive, asked more questions, and the subsequent many looks at the car. We decided to buy it and Summer and Chris, the sales manager, were very accomodating. Chris, with Summer's help, worked with us to come to a deal that all of us were happy with very quickly. Such a pleasant experience, I wished my previous car buying experiences were like this. Since they just received the car, they needed to do their normal pre-sales inspection and detail the car before I could take it. Terrible Sales / Purchase Experience

After the purchase & with several incorrect statements the Sales person was not attentive at all. 1.after repeated requests re Inspection report he finally sent the report after the… purchase agreement was signed. Many many surprises. He did that Autonation does over 100 point inspection and items are taken care of. NOT SO. several items that were noted on the inspection report were intentionally not done with a note..Not approved ? Will cost me over $2000 to get those repairs done.Did not mention it came with one Car key. At arrival ( shipped to California) the car key only started the car. No locking or unlocking functioned. Cost me over $250 to get key duplicated. Broken / Busted right rear view mirror. Broken pieces of the casing are glued to gather , again, NEVER mentioned that before purchase.Will. OST me $1200 to fix. Car was being shipped to California by a transport company. I repeatedly requested video/pictures be taken as it is loaded on the carrier . Sales person assured me it will be done & I notified him clearly the date of pick. HE DID NOT DO SO & THE EXCUSE WAS HE FORGOT !!! There is chip on the front glass, so no way to prove if it was there before or during shipment. ADDITIONALLY, I requested repeatedly to speak to the Dales or GM. He said he will have one of them call me. STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS DEALER. Non disclosure of items as indicated above will cost me several thousand dollars.Hello, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation USA Katy.
