Terrible Sales / Purchase Experience

Sales person were very attentive before the purchase. After the purchase & with several incorrect statements the Sales person was not attentive at all. 1.after repeated requests re Inspection report he finally sent the report after the purchase agreement was signed. Many many surprises. He did that Autonation does over 100 point inspection and items are taken care of. NOT SO. several items that were noted on the inspection report were intentionally not done with a note..Not approved ? Will cost me over $2000 to get those repairs done.Did not mention it came with one Car key. At arrival ( shipped to California) the car key only started the car. No locking or unlocking functioned. Cost me over $250 to get key duplicated. Broken / Busted right rear view mirror. Broken pieces of the casing are glued to gather , again, NEVER mentioned that before purchase.Will. OST me $1200 to fix. Car was being shipped to California by a transport company. I repeatedly requested video/pictures be taken as it is loaded on the carrier . Sales person assured me it will be done & I notified him clearly the date of pick. HE DID NOT DO SO & THE EXCUSE WAS HE FORGOT !!! There is chip on the front glass, so no way to prove if it was there before or during shipment. ADDITIONALLY, I requested repeatedly to speak to the Dales or GM. He said he will have one of them call me. STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS DEALER. Non disclosure of items as indicated above will cost me several thousand dollars.
