Amazing Experience at AutoNation with Roger & Marcel

I worked with Roger and Marcel at the Katy location. They sell with the gentle approach of understanding what your needs are and… finding the best solution for you. I visited and test drove a car a few days before and that had a simple problem with the Mass Airflow Sensor. I ended up deciding to buy the car, Roger made sure to keep me update on its status to be fixed ASAP. He and Marcel stayed with me an HOUR after closing to ensure that the problem was fixed so I could drive home with my newly purchased car. I live further away from the dealership and Marcel even drove to a nearby gas station to fill up my tank. The hospitality and support through a stressful process and big decision was unmatched. Having been to look at cars at four dealerships prior, I walked in assuming to be as disappointed with the service as I was all other dealerships. Roger and Marcel were my light at the end of the tunnel, making me confident and excited about my grand purchase. I would 10/10 recommend them and AutoNation to everyone!!
