These are friendly people, doing an excellent job. They do their best to understand your expectations and openly and clearly negotiate to reach a win-win result. Particularly, Manuel Rosas has taken care of a couple transactions involving different brands and models that I have sold to Autonation. He is a very experienced guy, with a clear understanding of the business and a very fluid and pleasant conversation. A 5 stars representative.
