It has been a while since I bought a car. The vehicle I was interested in was there and offered at a good price. I was not up sold nor pressured. I was able to thoroughly go over and drive the vehicle. All my questions were promptly and calmly answered. I was walked, not rushed through the process. I was pleasantly surprised.
