Low pressure, great customer service!

We scheduled an appointment to take a look at it and we’re greeted by Jason who directed us to the vehicle and allowed us to… thoroughly check it out before taking it for a test drive. Jason answered all our questions and even went so far as to try to contact the previous owners for the second key offering to go to their location to pick it up for us. I can’t recommend Auto Nation and specifically Jason Stokes enough if you are looking for a low pressure and helpful vehicle purchasing experience.Hi Joseph, our Staff is dedicated to providing all our guests with outstanding customer service and quality work you can trust! Awful AutoNation

From the beginning they explain it’s a 15 minute appraisal process, and then you sign trade documents and get a check printed or money sent by zelle to you, totaling 45 minutes as explained by sales staff. I… was there for over 5 hours, finally received a check (they offered to zelle or print check initially but then told me they would print a check that would be available immediately, which also was untrue.) Now I have received a letter from my bank regarding the check I deposited 7 days ago and they state it has not been paid so they are holding it for an additional 2 weeks. Bottom line, don’t go to AutoNation. They tell you what you want to hear but do not follow through, not at all. If you are ok with spending over 5 hours in a dealership to sell your vehicle and not have the money for the vehicle you own now for 3 weeks then this is your place, if not don’t bother.Sales

My first contact was with Chris, and he promised to offer me more money than anyone else, if I would give him… the opportunity to purchase my vehicle. Well, that was certainly the truth!! I was so impressed from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted instantly by Manny, and since Chris was with another customer, Robert assisted me. Robert took my keys to appraise my car, after explaining how the process of selling your vehicle works. Within five minutes, he gave me the best offer I had received. Best place to sell your car

Once I was in the dealership, she explained the process to me very nicely. Later, Brittany… came to meet me for the first part of the paperwork and her smile made me feel comfortable. At the end I met the manager, Chris, who broke down the numbers. It has been the smoothest negotiation process I have ever had. He was transparent and professional. Even after we agreed upon a deal, he made sure I was taken care of. He definitely does not fit the bad image people have of car salesman. If you want to have a great experience, ask for him.
