I came here to sell my car and had the best experience ever. Becky Vazquez contacted me to set an appointment. She was very professional and patient. Once I was in the dealership, she explained the process to me very nicely. Later, Brittany came to meet me for the first part of the paperwork and her smile made me feel comfortable. At the end I met the manager, Chris, who broke down the numbers. It has been the smoothest negotiation process I have ever had. He was transparent and professional. Even after we agreed upon a deal, he made sure I was taken care of. He definitely does not fit the bad image people have of car salesman. If you want to have a great experience, ask for him. Auto Nation is far more ethical and transparent than any dealership I’ve ever interacted with.
