    My car-purchase experience with Mike S. at AutoNation Toyota on the Gulf Fwy., was very pleasant; the dealership is very nice, ample, well organized, with good facilities and "extras" for the customers in the waiting areas. Mike is very knowledgeable of what he is doing, he knows the products he's selling; he explained to me every detail and answered every question I asked. During the purchasing and negotiating process I didn't feel the "pushing" to do things you don't want to which you feel at other dealerships or from other salespersons; Mike was very professional and we were able to reach an agreement in just a few minutes while talking about the different options I wanted to have in my vehicle. He always kept me updated on my car's arrival and the delivery process was on time, agreeable, accurate and with no surprises.     On Jan 2014 I purchased a 2008 Toyota FJ cruiser from Autonation Toyota Scion. During the sales procedure I was offered and elected to finance the vehicle . After I inquired I was advise by the finance representative that he would check with only two financial institutions to get my finance approved. first he claimed that he wasn't working for the dealership and later admitted he was... ( so much for integrity ) Shortly after I was advised that my car loan was indeed approved .The day this took place my credit score as reported by Transunion was 794. In the weeks following the purchase I have been bombarded by rejection letters from a handful of financial institutions ALL without exception( and I have most of the letters) stating the rejections is following a credit application via Autonation Toyota Scion Gulf fwy. I called the dealership and advised them that due to so many hits on my credit made by them my credit score as reported by the same credit bureau Transunion had dropped to 741. The manager of the finance department tried to wash his hands off trying to blame it on other applications I have made ( I did not receive one single rejection letter from a previous inquiry and one other application I have made , he also tried to blame it on the fact of some American express card I NEVER EVER HAD and a JCpenney card I NEVER EVER HAD. he lied saying that the dealership applied on my behalf to 4 financial institutions that the dealership worked with and that I will not get any more of those rejection letters. The first few letter that I got I threw away. As of this moment ( because judging from the trend I am pretty sure there will be more coming) I have eight (8) rejection letters from:Toyota financial services,Fifth third bank,Regions,Ally financial,JPMorgan Chase,Bank of America, US bank and ALPHERA Obviously I was lied to by the first financial representative who stated he was checking with only two financial institutions and later by the finance manager who claimed that they only applied to four such institutions. As a result of this foul practise my credit score was adversely effected . The honesty and integrity of some of employees of this dealership is substandard.

    I have bought my last 2 toyotas here. I got in and out fast, got the deal I was expecting. Everyone was very nice. I must say the sales pitch for the extras was a bit much but they were not ugly to me. They did they same thing with my daughter's Ford in DFW so it isn't just them.

    this is my third vehicle to buy from auto nation iv'e tried other dealerships but the prices keep me coming back although the sticker price is competitive i found that there is plenty of room to negotiate down, staff is very friendly and really cares about earning your business i guess toyota keeps these guys on their toes i dont know , but i am very happy with my latest purchase of a 2013 doublecab tacoma prerunner , i know what it feels like to drive off a lot and sometime latter you felt you overpaid ,but i never feel that way when i buy a car here,just a great place to buy a car

    My experience with Autonation from the point I stepped in to the point of sale and delivery has been very courteous, professional and cordial. My salesman Mr.J.C (Joel C) has been very courteous and answered all questions satisfactorily. He has made my buying experience very satisfied and I walked out with my 2014 Camry prodly. I definitely recommend to friends and family.

    Although this dealers Service Manager promised to personally oversee my vehicle repairs and re-inspection, the vehicle was returned to me with the front crash bar fasteners all missing. The vehicles alignment that was supposed to be corrected was never adjusted. [violative content deleted]

    I recently bought a 2013 RAV4 LE from AutoNation on the Gulf Frwy. I had an excellent sales person named Taha Y. who spent a lot of time with me test driving new cars and answering questions about their performance and features. Taha is an excellent sales representative and trustworthy. My recent car buying experience was very positive and very professional. I interfaced with one of the senior sales managers to reach final agreement on sale price and in the end, I believe a fair sales transaction was reached for both the seller and buyer. I am still working with the dealership to determine if I can obtain an extended warranty and maintainance program that is affordable for my new car. The extended warranty and maintenance programs offered by Toyota are very expensive. It's not clear they are worth the cost. If you want a positive car buying experience, request Taha for your sales person. He is knowledgeable and gives you useful information about the cars you are interested in that helps you in your decision process on purchasing a new car. As for the RAV4, I am very pleased with the new vehicle and believe it will serve us with reliable transportation for many years.

    I mad an appointment to go in and buy an suv and was accomodated immediately. My sales associate was Luis Castilleja and he was very helpful and professional. I would and have recommended this dealership to everyone that I know is looking to buy a vehicle.

    After a long afternoon shopping at other Houston car dealerships with sub-par sales consultants who barely spoke English, I was pleased with our sales consultant, Jovan Rodriguez. He was kind, professional, patient, not pushy, and we were able to reach a mutual agreement on the purchase of my new RAV-4. He did not pressure me. Yet he understood my needs and expectations---and he delivered the goods. I am the proud owner of a very nice Toyota. I look forward to taking it in for routine maintenance at their new, state-of-the-art dealership which will open end of Nov.

    I responded to an internet posting for a Sienna and called. I figured I would get a machines since it was early. Mr. Castillo answered and was very quick to answer my questions. On the few questions he couldn't answer, he promptly called back. I found the service to be quick and honest. I would buy a car from Champion Toyota because of Mr. Castillo and his team.

    I have multiple issues with this dealer. First of all, I have TOyotaCare and each time I go there, I have to defend myself that I have this service. Second of all, I had issues with rear bumper and they refuse warranty. They only want to sell cars but not take up any service or warranty.!!!! They are all [non-permissible content removed] in this location.

    I purchased a Toyota Camry this has been the best experience. This was the first foreign vechicle we have ever purchased and I was a little nervous. Thanks to our salesman Felix Castillo that was very informative and answered all our questions and gave us a great vechicle at a wonderful price. I found the service to be quick and honest. I would definitely recommed Felix Castillo and Champion Toyota Gilf Freeway Team to all my family and friends.

    Went in wanting to trade in my old Camry hybrid for a 2013 Camry SE. Found two two possibilities, test drove them and made my decision. Finance took a little longer than I anticipated but at the end it was well worth the wait. Got a GREAT deal and very good service!

    Mr. MJ (Mohammed J.), the sales manager was very professional, and courteous. My wife, kids, my brother in law and myself are very satisfied with his customer service and made our buying experience very user friendly. He gave a comprehensive descriptions of the various RAV4 models, and provided good education and offered best price in the city. We would love to buy from Mr. MJ, in future, Toyota Sienna for our family and Camry for kids when they go to college. Overall he made the process smooth, and pleasant. Thanks for your Great service!!!!!!!!!!!

    We purchased a 2013 Prius which fit our requirements perfectly. We dealt initially with Donna T., who was outstanding, and later we dealt with a very knowledgeable young man and with Internet Manager Taha Y. These two gentlemen were also excellent, as was a young lady who briefed us on the features of the car. I didn't hear any of the slippery talk car sales people are prone to--it was all business. I got a great price and immediate delivery--five stars all the way. Unfortunately none of this can be said about the high-pressure sales pitch we were given concerning extended warranties and prepaid maintenance. The salesman tried every trick in the car salesman book to get us to bite. Once home, I compared what we had been told against information in the Toyota Financial Services website. Very little of what the salesman told us matched the Toyota Vehicle Service Agreements or Vehicle Maintenance Plans. A final point: Toyotas are very reliable, long-lasting vehicles. You don't need an extended warranty. I paid $1800 for one on my 2006 Prius and didn't have a single claim. So put your money in a savings bond, not an extended warranty.

    I bought my Scion tC and was promised a free tire balance and rotation at 5k miles. I dropped it off at 7am and picked it up at 5pm. My vehicle had 4,850 miles on it and when I picked it up the tires were almost bald. Whether intentional or not I got someone elses tires and the dealership refused to replace the tires. They said I must have did that, because no one in their shop would do that. Since that time I have bought 2 additional Toyota at Fort Bend Toyota - a FJ Cruiser and Camry w/o a problem. I also plan to buy my new 4Runner at Fort Bend as well. I'd rather drive 45 miles to a honest shop than 5 miles to a dishonest shop. Absolute worst Toyota Dealership in America.

    • A good example of why you should take a photo of your car with the service adviser standing next to it each time you leave the car, making sure to turn the wheels so the tire shows to the side and get that in the photo along with showing no damage to the car etc..

    My salesman D.K. kept me in the loop on what was going on during the whole purchasing process, they were very friendly and informative, and made me feel like I was the only person there that they had to take care of, even thought they were busy as can be. They detailed and drove the FJ into the show room when it was time for me to take delivery of it, and went over all of the details of the vehicle with me. Great car buying experience!

    I was very pleased with my purchase from Minh T. I bought a 2013 Toyota Tundra and received great service and guidance along with respect.     Great experience buying my new Highlander. Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted to test drive and was able to sit down with the sales person, Fermin D., and negotiate a deal that I could not pass up.
