Dealership Sales Review
I recently bought a 2013 RAV4 LE from AutoNation on the Gulf Frwy. I had an excellent sales person named Taha Y. who spent a lot of time with me test driving new cars and answering questions about their performance and features. Taha is an excellent sales representative and trustworthy. My recent car buying experience was very positive and very professional. I interfaced with one of the senior sales managers to reach final agreement on sale price and in the end, I believe a fair sales transaction was reached for both the seller and buyer. I am still working with the dealership to determine if I can obtain an extended warranty and maintainance program that is affordable for my new car. The extended warranty and maintenance programs offered by Toyota are very expensive. It's not clear they are worth the cost. If you want a positive car buying experience, request Taha for your sales person. He is knowledgeable and gives you useful information about the cars you are interested in that helps you in your decision process on purchasing a new car. As for the RAV4, I am very pleased with the new vehicle and believe it will serve us with reliable transportation for many years.
