Warranty recall service - excellent

I came in for a mysterious (even for a Prius) brake problem and Rand dug up a warranty recall, organized a service for me and eventually (we had to wait until the part arrived) we had it fixed. It's admirable that Toyota honors warranties/recalls and the quality of service that I have received from Rand at Autonation Toyota Gulf Fwy was superb, extending beyond the service itself (we've spoken about other issues discovered during original service); just great overall, highly recommend this place. Thank you!
