Sergio was incredibly kind, patient and frank answering all our questions (that were really a lot), even the tough ones... While we had several options in mind, the diligence of Mr. Sanchez was decisive... Unfortunately Mr. Sanchez was not available at the end, when we decided to go with him, and he used another person to complete the paperwork... This person hasn't the quality of honesty of Mr. Sanchez and there were a couple of issues that he "confused" and affirmed it was our misunderstanding; my wife and I felt disappointed, as we both asked him several times to make sure that what he was telling us was definitely true, but at the end he simply let us with a bitter taste sensation... Even though, we feel confident that we'll have a good experience with Autonation Toyota through the support of Mr. Sanchez...
