    I purchased my 2015 Mustang from AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway. My salesman was Luis Delcid. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I am a single mom, so i have to do most things on my own. I did not feel taken advantage of at all. Luis is the Best! Even after i purchased my car, Luis continued to email and text me to let me know if i needed any additional help with anything, just let him know. My experience with Luis and AutoNation was A++++

    I was looking for a good deal at the 2014-2015 change over. After shopping a few dealers, I came to AutoNation Ford to make the purchase. They had a good inventory and the best price. My salesman, Matt Haslund, let the truck make the sale and he handled the paperwork. Easy, no pressure experience.

    I recently purchased a Ford F150 Platinum from this dealership and was very impressed with the salesperson (Endia Crawford) and the finance person I dealt with. I can't remember his name but he was extremely professional and he did not try to push any of the extras on me once I told him I was not interested. As for Endia she was exceptionally nice and professional. She took her time with me after I told her exactly what I was looking for and at what price range I wanted to be in. She did not try to upsale me. She helped me find exactly what I wanted. Her attitude was infectious as she had a smile on her face the whole time. Sometimes you can tell when a salesperson is not motivated to assist you as it seems they are just going through the motions. That wasn't the case here. The next time I am in the market for another vehicle she will be the one I look to first. Hopefully some other car dealership doesn't snatch her away. They always say if you can find a good doctor, mechanic, lawyer and a car salesperson keep their number. They are hard to come by. If you go to AutoNation to purchase a vehicle I highly recommend that you ask for Endia. And no, I'm not being paid to talk highly about her. I really appreciated the personal attention she gave me. A+A+A+

    This was a very pleasant buying experience. Our salesman John Wilson exceeded expectations by offering a loner car while he was searching for the exact Edge we wanted. He made us feel right at home when we picked up the new car and we were in and out in record time. The car is georgeous and we have made a new friend.

    recently went to Auto Nation Ford on the Gulf Fwy and purchased a FX4 truck from Richard S. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I had purchasing a vehicle. The customer service and assistance they gave me was the best. They worked with me to get my trade in where it needed to be and the numbers flowed like clock work. The finance department went very smooth and the delivery was done most efficiently. I would recommend this dealership and Richard to my friends and family. If you want to get treated with respect, then you need Auto Nation Ford. What a great team.

    My salesman, Mario I., was fantastic. I was living in Dubai when I started the purchase process so it all had to be done via email and Skype. But he did a great job at listening to what I wanted and taking my offer to his sales manager. She was also very helpful and willing to listen to all my concerns which Mario took to her. We reached a very equitable final price and they held the car for me until I got back to the states five days later. The car was there waiting, washed, gassed up, and ready to go. The final process took less than an hour. Mario was as pleasant and helpful as he had been on the phone. I saw a small "ding" on the front grill and they will replace it when I return to get the tags. All in all, a wonderful experience. I would recommend Mario I. and Auto Nation Gulf Frreway to anyone looking for a Ford!!

    This was my third dealership in my quest to by a Ford Edge. The first two wanted to sell me something I did not want. Autonation provided the exact car for the promised price. Our sales associate was Burton B. who I highly recommend. From test drive to financing we closed our deal in less than 3 hours.

    I want to Thank Autonation and all of their Associates especially ROSA....considering that she is new and a retired schoolteacher, she is honest and treats the customers with respect. She immediately found the perfect vehicle we were looking for and was there during the whole process to assist us with all of our needs and options that were important to us. This is the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had.

    JC R. is one the best sales person. My wife wanted a dark interior and they had no 2014 left. Mr R. found one on the computer had it brought in for her. Autonation ford gulf freeway is great. Ask for Mr R. he been there for 20 years

    Pros: Decent prices. Will treat you good and agree to anything until they get your money, quality of service declines after that and the cons begin. If you can get a salesman who knows what he is doing, such as Will, I think you would have a far better experience than I did. When my problems were brought to a manager that cared about customer satisfaction, they were resolved right away. Cons: Lots of excuses from every employee I spoke with and lots of false promises. Some managers (the recently promoted one, for instance) don't seem to care about customers or helping them. If you choose to buy here, read all of the fine print and make sure you know what you are getting into, but this should apply anywhere. I would NOT recommend my salesperson to anyone looking to buy. I'd highly recommend double checking anything you get from them. They have a blaring radio that's guaranteed to give you a headache and if you ask them to turn it down the next salesperson that walks by turns it back up. (This happened 3 times) My salesperson, Rosa was terrible. I would not recommend dealing with her. It was a never ending nightmare with false promises, me being given a (new) scratched vehicle with missing components (that I paid extra for), and me being told it was fixed every day of the week until I involved a manager, Ezekiel T., who actually seemed to care. She even sent me two separate emails asking how I liked the vehicle while it was sitting on their lot being 'fixed'. I was introduced to two other managers, one who was recently promoted whose name I didn't catch that couldn't of cared less about helping me get these problems resolved much less speaking to me and one that wasn't really directly involved in the whole process. After I told the dealership that I didn't want to deal with Rosa anymore they got me working with Will and I wish I could of dealt with him from the start. I don't have enough room to write down all of the issues I had with this dealership and while I appreciate the actions of Mr T. and Will its beyond not acceptable to have been lied to for a week about nearly everything my salesperson said.

    I wanted to take a few minutes and praise about my experience with Auto Nation Ford located at 12227 Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX 77034. I went to this particular location because of referrals from several co-workers who enlightened me about their great experience. I was greeted by the receptionist who made me immediately feel at ease. Willis G. then approached me and asked how he could help me. My father was with me and was also interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Willis took us to an office and made us feel like we were the only customers in the building by concentrating his efforts to make sure our every need was fulfilled. His professionalism and demeanor reflect the values of the Ford Motor Company. Attending to two customers (my father and I) can be challenging due to our different taste in vehicles. Willis maintained his composure and never once made us feel like we were bothering him. At the end of the sale we were greeted by the General Manager, Jarrod J. Mr. J. took time out to speak to us and make sure our experience at Auto Nation Ford was the best. I commend Willis G., Jarrod J. and the whole Auto Nation Ford Team for the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a new vehicle. I am now a proud owner of a 2014 Ford F-150 XLT 4X4. I will be referring family, friends and co-workers to Auto Nation Ford for the best buying experience of a Ford motor vehicle.

    Did most of my dealing online prior to going to dealership. My salesman, Matthew was helpful in getting the info sent to me to help decide on which dealership / vehicle. Spent minimal amount of time at the dealer thanks to everyone's help and professionalism. They gave me what I wanted for my trade. No games like some other dealers. I will purchase from this dealer again.
