    I brought my Jeep in to be serviced and was treated nicely. My service advisor greeted me with a smile and offered me a bottled water. My car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. My service advisor called and to let me know about the progress.

    Mr. Juan, has been very professional he has been the main contact to see to all my vehicles needs. He is prompt to get my service done in a reasonable time.     I have been taking my Jeep 2018 for the past 9 months and have been very happy with their service. In particular working with Juan, he is friendly, professional and he is prompt in getting the job with in readable time. After the job he assures me of what has been done and if I need to watch for anything on my Jeep so I can make sure I bring it with in time!

    This was my 3rd visit for an oil change through the maintenance package I purchased. I was told by the service advisor that my car was in "desperate need" of brake pads AND rotors. My car just turned to 26,000 miles. I was told this would cost over $1,000 and it's one of the things conveniently not covered under the PLATINUM extended service plan I purchased. I was shown a video of ONE side where the rotor did show some wear and someone off camera said there was NO brake material. However, none of this sounded right to me as the car was not making any sounds or driving differently indicating that my brakes were in a "desperate" state. I will not be back to AutoNation. I guess I'll just have to eat the cost of my maintenance and extended warranty packages. I sought TWO second opinions; one from another Jeep dealership and the other from an independent mechanic. I was told my brakes are FINE. In fact, I was told that brake jobs are required when the "score" is 3 or lower. Mine are at an 8. As far as the wear present on the one rotor that AutoNation filmed, one service tech I spoke with said this is normal, something that would occur from hitting a curb or somehting. I am angry, but I am disappointed more. My trust in AutoNation's service department is GONE. I thought we had passed the time when dealers tried to up-sell women simply because we don't "know better". But that's exactly what I feel happened to me. I see other reviews posted at the same time as mine and they have responses. Mine does not.

    • In response to Theo Sanders: I received the same response on another platform on 2.14.2023. I called the number posted and was directed to Marcus. The "couple of hours" he requested to check into the situation will reach 48 hours at about 11am today. It appears there is not much interest in turning my experience around.

    From talking with Edmunds the day before I visited AutoNation he was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived at AutoNation, Edmunds went to work to find the vehicle I wanted. Edmunds was very precise breaking down the numbers on the trade-in deal. Edmunds got the right price I was looking for paying a car note. This guy was a fantastic car dealer and placed me in a new 2023 Dodge Charger.

    I took my car in sorry service and had to take it back the same day I picked it because of the same light that I had taking it in for and the tech was saying it would not turn on so my car had other issues and had to stay longer just not happy with the out come of me purchasing this vehicle at autonation and will not get another from this place

    Did not do a inspection and my vehicle ran Hot 3 hours after..car wash was horrible because hurried job after being there for over 2 hours

    Melissa had looked into an active warranty that was on my vehicle, she said I was able to use it since it showed active although my name wasn’t on that warranty. After dropping off my car she said her manager said that wasn’t possible, she then was going to check my active warranty to see if it was possible before running and performing diagnostic. She did not do til after the fact and got suckered into getting a diagnostic. Was looking for replacement on my radio my warranty doesn’t cover that but that was the reason why I asked an advisor if it was covered before actually bringing it in and accepting these charges for nothing, aside from that I had to get a rental for a week, didn’t get feedback til after I had to reach out and charged

    I don’t like that they have changed their rules on loaner cars. I feel as long as someone has car insurance that should allow them to get a loaner, especially when their car is kept for more than a day! People miss work and end up with a big bill at the end! Not happy at all
