onService representative and technicians need to communicate. I had sensor work done on wheels that affected breaks. Was told my vehicle had a recall on the ignition switch. Was never told it called for a new key. At the same time I requested a new key because I didn’t have a spare. I was charged for the new key and programming plus I was given a new key because of the recall. Never did my sales rep communicate to me the expense I could have avoided since I was getting a new key with the recall. Over paid next time I will ask more questions. Most like it will be at a different dealership.
