    Lauren Bayles was phenomenal and truly made the process easy. If all dealerships would have sales ladies and men like Lauren then nobody should ever feel as if they were not treated right. I have been buying cars for over 30 years and I just received the best experience ever. I will stop by when it's time to buy a next one and work with your team.

    I have literally been searching for the exact car for almost 6 months. Narrowing down the search to Subaru 3 months ago. Then began the car hunting on possible weekends with multiple Subaru showrooms across DFW area. Anyone who has searched know that they are not at every corner so its one showroom per day. Then the struggles of finding the right inventory/stock car in these showrooms. If I had ordered, probably, might have received my car long ago. But, was hoping to find something around the corner. Then I hit my lottery when I browsed over Fiver Star Subaru website recently. The very moment I put in a inquiry, there was a Personalized touch on Sales which signifies the company name of 5-Star. A personalized Video recording of the actual car with a detailed messaged "Directly addressed to the customer". Then all excited when you call back, there is something even better. Your choice parked right in front of the showroom with a "Reserved for Customer name" tag on it. Out of all the showroom I wandered around, met a lot of sales guys who were laboring through, but this was something special, at least for us. Keep it up Stephan. This kind of sales/service attitude has to be learnt by everyone to make the customer feel special for that brief moment. The money would have been spent anywhere else as well, but the effort behind the sales even prior to visit on site had already helped me make up my mind. Thanks for all the help Stephen, Wayne, Jeff & Bentley. It was a joyous occasion for us & we will definitely hope to be a long standing member of SUBARU family !!!

    I came into the car buying experience after spending a year...yes a year...reviewing exactly which car I wanted to buy, the color, the best price, the dealerships around me and all their prices etc. I walked in and fully expected to play hardball. No one was going to hassle me into paying more etc. What I didn't expect was how nice and accommodating the staff was. My sales rep was new (first week on the job) so I felt more comfy because we were both new to this. It was the day before Black Friday and they offered me the deals anyway. I got caught on color and transmission. They didn't have what I wanted so they ordered it, kept me up to date on when it would arrive, and stayed late during the financing part. They were always honest and it was obvious. They are very willing to work with you to get you the best deal possible and the car you want, even if it's the only one around for 3 states!

    Shane was awesome! This was my first car buying experience and Shane helped so so much. He was patient and answered all of my emails and tex messages (and there were a ton!), even on his days off. We communicated for about a week before I finally bought my car and I was so pleased with the whole process. I never felt bullied or like I had to haggle or negotiate. He was friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. I would like to purchase every vehicle from him forever. Great experience!

    I am a single female and was in need of a new automobile, but was dreading the entire sales process. I arrived at the Five Star Subaru in Grapevine with the intention of just test driving and then returning home to make my decision. However, I was greeted in the lot by salesman Landon Adams who stepped me through the differences between the Outback and Forrester. We then test drove both vehicles. He patiently answered my many questions and then gave me a tour of the facility. Bottom line, because of the no-pressure sales, the explanation of the features of both cars and the tour, I went ahead and discussed pricing. Even though I walked in determined just to test drive, I walked out with a new Outback that I love. Thank you Landon for making this experience actually a pleasant one!

    Being former Subaru owners and having lost our 2000 legacy wagon to a total loss from an accident in June it made perfect sense, to both, shed a tear to our ole fellow and purchase a new Soob ;) When we arrived at 5 Star Subaru in Grapevine Texas We were immediately greeted within less than 10 seconds by a huge smily face that belonged to Landon A. He was in the middle of another task but didn’t waste a moment to say hello and ask if we needed help. We dove right into it as Landon wasn’t taking no for an answer, truth is we couldn’t resist his authenticity, knowledge and Passion for all things Subaru! We test drove an Impreza, a Crosstrek, and Outback. In the end Landon worked very diligently with us in making the right decision based on our needs. Landon walked us through the finance process then picked right back up with us. We drove off w 2 vehicles! 2018 Subaru Outback and a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. As you can tell by the pictures we took we were elated. Ask for Landon and you’ll be met with sincerity, patience and oodles of Passion for Subaru vehicles and their (potential) owners.

    I would like to share what a wonderful experience I had this past Friday at Five Star Subaru of Grapevine. I had scheduled a test drive for a 2018 Crosstrek and was promptly met at the door by friendly staff and my point of contact which was Mr. Joey Edwards. Joey was courteous and a true professional. He answered every question I asked, and gave me a tour of this beautiful facility (dealership). Not only was I allowed to drive the Crosstrek, I drove the 2018 Outback which has always been a favorite of mine. Joey provide me up front pricing and was transparent in every step of the process along the way. I wound up buying the Outback and am very pleased. Everyone I came in contact during my visit was easy to speak with. There was never any stress and I felt so at home. I have never owned a Subaru, but Joey Edwards and the whole Five Star Subaru of Grapevine Team has just made me a Subaru owner for life. Thanks to all for a job well done. Sincerely, Charles F.   • Best Ever Car Buying Experience!

    First I'll say that my wife and I do not work at Subaru, have family and/or friends at this dealership. Simply, we loved this place: Five Star Subaru of Grapevine, TX. And highly recommend! In mine and my wife's 30 years of buying cars, our experience with Five Star Subaru in Grapevine TX was the best ever; second to none. Here's a quick recap, I was looking for a Subaru to replace my previous Crosstrek lease. I went to this dealer's website and saw the Subaru I wanted to test drive in stock - Lee McDaniel was our sales person and was polite and courteous on the phone. So, my wife and I went in and met Lee in person - we liked him right away. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help without be "salesy". Well, I test drove the car I wanted and bought the car that day. In prepping the car, Marcus, the service manager, went above and beyond. He prepped the car exceptionally and added some touches I didn't even ask for. BUT, here's the proof in the pudding: My wife and I ended up buying two more Subarus from Lee, one for her and one more for my daughter - (3) total Subarus bought in two days. AND, my wife has always been a Volvo fan! Go figure. That's how awesome our experience was there. They should call themselves 10-Star Subaru - ha!

    Dee Boyett assisted me in the purchase of a new Crosstrek on 3/9/17 and she could not have been more helpful. My previous Subaru was totaled in an accident so I spent a day researching and then a day with Dee. She answered all of my questions and provided the comprehensive information I needed to make the best decision for me and my circumstances. I felt comfortable, not rushed and that my deal was more important than your sale. I had a good time working with Dee! Also a shout out to Bill who assisted me with the finance. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. Love is a Subaru and great people to work with.

    Called the dealership a little after 7 pm. Asked for Steven, general sales manager, and the receptionist was very nice and said she will make sure he calls as soon as he gets off the call he was on. She had put me on hold several times trying to reach him. No return phone call. Not the type of place I would want to purchase a car from if they cannot take the time to return a call.

    I bought a New Outback today from this store. The Salesman were great and Brooke fixed me up in finance. It was as smooth a transaction as you can get. Really nice people plus I love the car and the price. Shopping was easy here.. They have only been open 2 Mths but this is the way to win customers. Thank you Five Star!

  • The worst and most insulting car buying experiences

    The car salesman was kind and polite. The finance department were insulting with their pricing and "best price". Another dealership with the exact same vehicle offered a MUCH lower price. Went round and round with the finance department. 4 hours later, a price was finally agreed upon. Waited an hour and fifteen minutes for them to draw paperwork. At the dealership for over 6 hours. One of the finance guys even SNUBBED us for standing firm with our price offer. Claimed to be "friends". Certainly wouldn't want a friend to treat me as they did. I would NOT recommend buying a car from 5 Star. We were asked to give them 10's on their review across the board and place any disagreements in the written field below. ????
