    Changed the terms of the lease without communicating to me at the very last minute. Delivered a car that was not washed/detailed. I would go to literally any other dealership in DFW than audi grapevine.

    Grapevine did a great job taking care of my service. I also came in to have a break sensor repaired . They took care of it all. Although I would not use their car wash. The last few times they left my car dirty.

    Service representative Vernon Burns accepted me driving in without an appointment after purchasing a used Audi for my son. He spent time orienting me to the vehicle. Vernon was very knowledgeable and patient. The subsequent service and inspection was done in a timely and professional manner. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend this dealer’s service department. Well done.

    I was looking for a very specific S5 that had all the bells and whistles I wanted. Went all the way from Florida to Texas and was very happy with my experience. Came in, no games, bought the car and began my road trip home all in a couple hours.

    Was having transmission issues. Tech found it was covered under warranty extension. Dropped off on Wednesday. Ready on Friday with major service done. Car super clean on pickup! Would recommend!

    I waited on my car which was completed in under the estimated time. The waiting area was comfortable and stocked with a gourmet coffee machine and water. My only suggestion is that they offer a decaf option. My car was perfectly washed before releasing to me.

    I had a long recall to be performed. The assistant Service Manager, Mark Dailey was helpful in giving me a ride back home with a private firm (Alto - Great car and service) and also to provide rebates which kept my invoice low. Work was performed flawlessly.

  • Fed up with Audi!

    The Audi Q7 was my dream car; however I am so frustrated with this vehicle that I will NEVER own another Audi and I will try to discourage every one I know from buying an Audi! The car has been nothing but a problem from day 1. The dealership has not stood behind the car. We take it in to service, explain the problem and are told issues are repaired, only to find out they are not! Every major problem has been a fight to get repaired, even with the most expensive extended warranty that Audi offers. Currently we have warning light stating that a light bulb is out, which is actually still working, but because the module that controls the warning light is within the headlight, they are stating it’s a maintenance item and isn’t covered, they want $5000 to replace the headlight assembly. The light still works, it’s a software driver that’s malfunctioning! We took it in for a totally different issue and we’re told that we needed a radiator coolant flush, which they had just done on the last service visit only 8k miles previously. Every visit, even routine maintenance results in hundreds of dollars of repairs needed and they seemingly always forget that the car has the most expensive extended warranty that Audi offers. Even with this warranty, the initial response is that the warranty won’t cover the repairs needed, we have to fight with the dealership and warranty company to get the repairs done. I keep getting a warning that the traffic sign recognition system is not responding, we were told this was adjusted multiple times, but nothing has been fixed, I picked up the car and the warning came on again before I even got out of the parking lot.
