    Rene Riojas did a wonderful job helping me order and take delivery of my Bronco. Alex Ortiz in finance made it a very easy experience. I would highly recommend them. I also got my Bronco at MSRP they are not doing markups on orders like other dealers are doing.

    Made an appointment on line for service. Took car on time did full check in an hour while we waited. Even did wiper blades change.

    Had a minor issue with my GPS, called made appointment to stop by and have them check it out. Once I got there I realized I needed an oil change they diagnosed my gps and changed the oil I was gone in 2 hours !! That’s service

    We went in to purchase a Mustang and the service we got from the sales person -Steve Meinke was great! The car we originally wanted was no longer available but he found us another one that was brand new with an even better deal. The financing portion was seamless with Alex Ortiz as well. Overall, Mac Haik Ford Lincoln in Georgetown is a great dealership!

  • Oil Change and Slow Leak in Tire

    Ryan took my keys at the counter after telling him that I needed an oil change and had a tire that I believed had a slow leak. He called a couple of hours later saying I was good to go. I asked about the tire. He said they didn’t find anything. I explained that I had to fill it up twice over the last 36 hours. He said that he didn’t realize that and would personally check the tire. He found the leak and didn’t charge for the repair. He provided great service throughout the entire experience.

    It was easy to make an appointment via the website. When I got there they have 2 separate locations for their service and a gentleman at the front desk was very nice to locate me where and who to go to for my oil change. I gave it 4 stars because they've waved the charge. The reason for not charging was I had to wait more than 2 hours for the service. Apparently, they had confusion in the shop and the manager was very apologetic.

  • Change the Quick lane Name

    Monday walked in... promptly greeted which was great. But asked to hang on..no problem. The board behind the service advisors noted 2.5 -3 hr wait. I confirmed and said I'd try later. Wednesday...Pulled in before 7am....all the QL marked parking spots are full of not QL cars. I know this because I came in on Mon and the same cars were parked in the same spots...including the front..and again had to park at the end of the parking lot by the new cars. Got there just before 7a and I was at least the 6th person waiting. Got in, greeted en mass. Which was fine. Gave my info, told be an hr half or so. No problem, got paycheck work to do. Ty for the great wifi, btw. 2 hrs I check on my truck and was told it'd be another 30mins. Ok. About 40mins later I'm outside and I see my truck pull up and tech get out. K. Great. Check out, on my way to work. I appreciate your work and I know staffing is tough right now. But if you're gonna say Quick lane....changes need to be made to make it truly quick for an oil change and tire rotation. Thx for listening. See you on the next oil change

    Was a quick in and out for my annual Texas vehicle inspection. The only down side is I had to get to the shop 30 minutes before it opened to get in line. It was only a 40 minute wait after I checked in. Good job!

    My go to dealer for all of my family's Ford vehicles, and a couple of non-Ford's even. Their service department excels at communicating in a very timely manner, providing updates and relevant information regarding service and repairs. I am a loyal customer that has not once had a poor experience here over the last 18 years. Highly recommend this Ford dealer to anyone needing exceptional service.

    Great service by Ryan Burgener. We've purchased new vehicles at Mac Haik since 1998 and have always been happy with the great customer service, quality of products, and prompt attention to detail. Ryan took care of getting the car inspected and recommended we set up an appointment for the other services we wanted done since we were on a tight time schedule. We didn't know we could set up an appointment so that information was most helpful. We highly recommend Mac Haik and appreciate Ryan's outstanding assistance.

  • Problem with 2022 Ford Ranger

    am a long time Ford owner. Several years ago I wanted to buy a Ford Ranger (2019) and went to Mac Haik Ford. The salesperson was horrible and I started to look for a different dealership. But I get an email with info that had Rangers discounted so checked it out. The salesman was great and I bought mu truck from them. Late last year my truck was totaled in an accident so I wanted to get a new Ranger as it was a great vehicle for me. I went back to the same salesman that had helped me before, and again he was great. I ordered a new 2022 Ranger. After almost three months waiting it was finally here and again my salesperson was great at keeping me updated on its status. Picked it up on a Tuesday. The next day at less than 50 miles driven I had two warning lights come on. Called my salesperson and he said bring it in and take directly over to service, which I did. After three hours of waiting they let me know it was a turbo issue and that the parts were in Houston. The service manager in a very condescending manner let me know I was lucky to get a loaner vehicle. Made me think was I going to be lucky to get my brand new vehicle fixed? Thursday came around and I didn't hear anything from the dealer on the trucks status. I had ordered a bed liner and cover for the truck andf got on the Ford stare to see if there was anything else I might want. What I saw was the items I wanted were several hundred dollars less than the accessory sales person quoted me. I called him to make sure he had ordered the right items. He had but the amount to install them all of a sudden went up when I questioned him. Canceled the accessories. So Friday I called my sales person and asked if he could get me an update. He did and he told me the parts were in and the vehicle should be ready Monday. This was unacceptable as I had to drive out of state for the weekend. Mac Haik had sent me an email to review them that had a number to call if not satisfied. I called and left a message for a manager. He called me back and I explained the situation to him. He said they were working on the vehicle and I would get updates during the day. Also if I had to I could drive the loaner car wherever I needed. So no updates as promised, no surprise. I need a truck and somehow am going to have to cram everything into an escape Bottom line drive the extra miles to go somewhere else, don't buy from Mac Haik Ford

    Our salesperson was the most knowledgeable and thorough of any auto salesperson we have ever had (and we’ve had a number of salespeople over the years). He was patient, answered all our questions, and explained in detail the workings of a technologically complex vehicle.
