Monday walked in... promptly greeted which was great. But asked to hang on..no problem. The board behind the service advisors noted 2.5 -3 hr wait. I confirmed and said I'd try later. Wednesday...Pulled in before 7am....all the QL marked parking spots are full of not QL cars. I know this because I came in on Mon and the same cars were parked in the same spots...including the front..and again had to park at the end of the parking lot by the new cars. Got there just before 7a and I was at least the 6th person waiting. Got in, greeted en mass. Which was fine. Gave my info, told be an hr half or so. No problem, got paycheck work to do. Ty for the great wifi, btw. 2 hrs I check on my truck and was told it'd be another 30mins. Ok. About 40mins later I'm outside and I see my truck pull up and tech get out. K. Great. Check out, on my way to work. I appreciate your work and I know staffing is tough right now. But if you're gonna say Quick lane....changes need to be made to make it truly quick for an oil change and tire rotation. Thx for listening. See you on the next oil change
